Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers truly praise the soft leather, excellent internal organization, and practical design of these stylish travel handbags. Many consumers appreciate the fast delivery times, helpful website navigation, and wonderful presentation boxes.
Some reviewers were not happy with the product quality, mentioning that the material felt stiff or showed unexpected cracks after a very short time of use. A few other people also felt that the color did not match the online pictures or that orders arrived with missing items like shoulder straps. Despite these specific issues, buyers generally find the purses very useful for daily activities and trips.
Correspondence made very easy, quick to answer emails & any questions . Very helpful, thank you

I now have two Minooy handbags. Both are the Erato cross body (one in black and one in brown). I’m not a big bag person and the Erato is one of Minooy’s smallest, but it holds so much. From a security standpoint, it hangs very close to my body and forces me to carry only essential items. Love it!

I have 3 of these purses now and I just love them. I was sent the wrong bag the first time, and the company was wonderful to work with. They sent the new one, without sending back the wrong one, and I loved them both so much, I just recently sent for another one. The quality of the workmanship, and leather is excellent. I would recommend this company.

This is an excellent product. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my bag right on time, and the packaging was a wonderful introduction to the quality of of my bag. This bag has allowed me to eliminate the weight of a wallet. That has made a great difference. I love the convenience of all of the credit card slots. Their are plenty of them, and they are very secure. That was a concern for me, and I am glad that there is no problem. The many compartments make it very easy for me to organize my items. Thank you very much.

The straps are very confusing and gets longer once I put it over my shoulders

Dear Bea,
Your vision is very unique, I am very happy that you chose Artemis bags. This bag shoulder has two features.
First of all, there is a metal buckle on the shoulder strap, which can adjust the length of the shoulder strap. It may not be smooth when you use it for the first time, because it is a product just out of the warehouse, all parts are tight, and the leather will become soft after you use it many times.
The other is the four metal rings on the shoulder strap; since the Artemis bag contains a detachable small pocket, in order to increase its security, two small rings are added to fix it.
Have a nice day! : )
Best Regards,
Minooy Team

The leather is soft but not as smooth looking as I would expect for $159.00. The many divided sections and the accordion compartment for credit cards and flat items is very nice. I like the sturdy top zipper for the main compartment.
