I've used a number of video processing / downloading tools for work. I'm going to give this a real 5-star review for three reasons.
1. It just works. It supports a good mix of video and audio-only formats as outputs and most inputs you'd care to use.
2. A lot of the other tools appear to have a bit of a time-bound license scam where you buy a license for version five and it works for about 6 months, and then you find that the product is 'obsolete', and you have to arbitrarily pay to upgrade to version 6 , and your old reg key is useless. That feels a bit shady to me... but Nabla feels to be a lot more reasonable. Did you buy a license? You have a license. If we upgrade your product we upgrade your product. We don't decide we want a bit more money, so we're going to renumber your product randomly and force you to buy a new license. Fair is Fair with these guys.
3. Their customer service is top notch. I sent an email to them Sunday night at 9:30pm. I got a response about 15 minutes later - not just a response... an actual resolution.
Yeah, really a 5-star product.
Worked great for a video of a course I'd paid for and had access to but needed to access offline. Tried several before I found this one that actually worked!
I couldn't find any way to record a private youTube video that I was given access to of a painting course I took by Zoom meeting just after covid hit. I really needed to be able to access it offline and this did the trick!
Thanks!
I’ve purchased two products from Nablamind. SurFast Video Downloader and SurFlex Screen Recorder. Both apps installed easily and have worked wonderfully for me. My experience with customer service was top notch. Response time was incredible and she resolved my question FAST.
I highly recommend them to anyone who has the need for high quality screen captures or video downloads.
I recently purchased this software and…Effective Video Download Software with Responsive Customer Support
I recently purchased this software and found it to be both highly effective and user-friendly. It allows you to download videos from various websites with ease, and I primarily use it to download content from Facebook and YouTube.
When I reached out to their tech support with a problem I encountered, they responded promptly and resolved the issue by releasing a fixed version within about two weeks. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the software and the quality of their customer service.
