Surfast is a really great application. It's fast, and the Pro version gives you a bunch of options. I got the Pro version when it was on sale, and it was definitely worth it. I can listen to music offline or download funny videos. It's great, and I highly recommend it.

SurFast Video Downloader is an excellent tool that delivers on its promises. It’s fast, reliable, and supports downloads from a wide range of sites including YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
I was especially impressed by the ability to download in high resolutions—even up to 8K. You can also convert videos to MP4, MP3, WebM, and other formats, which makes it incredibly flexible depending on your needs.
The batch download feature is a huge time-saver. I was able to grab entire playlists with ease. You also get features like subtitle downloading and thumbnail extraction, which are great additions.
The interface is clean and very easy to use—even for beginners. There are no annoying ads, and it works smoothly on both Windows and Mac.
What was equally impressive was the way their support team replied to me quickly and provided assistance with something related to my system. I even received follow-up from them on their own initiative—which in today’s busy world is almost unheard of. I’m sure many of you know exactly what I mean.
I see a bright future ahead for them and I wish them all the best. This is a dependable, thoughtfully designed product backed by a support team that truly cares.

Easy-to-use, time-saving software to download videos
Surfast can download videos from many websites, I use it primarily for YouTube.
It can also download only part of a video with the cut function and multiple videos from a playlist.
It's very easy to use, fast, and works great. I saved a lot of time.
Great customer support. I asked a few presale and after-sales questions, and the response was quick and on-point.
Thank you

Hello Jivan,
We are glad that you like the feature Clipping to download part of a YouTube and the playlist downloader which enables you to download a whole playlist or channel. Just a remind that you can also download all videos from a TikTok account.
Thanks again for choosing SurFast Video Downloader. I wish you a happy day.
I recently switched to a new Mac and I didn't see a way to disable the software on the old one and enable it on the new one. Support solved the problem very quickly and in a friendly manner.

Hello Marty,
Thanks for the review. By now, to transfer or reset your license code, you just need to contact our support team.
Have a wonderful day.
I needed to download videos from a private Facebook group, I tried a bunch of free software off of the internet, none worked. SurFast Video Downloader did the trick for me, fast and easy.
I encountered a charge that I had forgotten was coming up, and I reached out to their support, and they provided me with best assistance possible. They could give me the refund or upgrade my service to a lifetime subscription and I chose the latter since it was worth it for the price.
Extremely satisfied with both the application and responsive support. I needed a quick, easy and effective solution for downloading the entire library of several VideoTube channels (archiving purposes before shutting down channels). I happened across SurFast Video Downloader. Worked like a charm.
I was billed for a trial period with an auto-renewal but I knew I'd only need the application for a week. I wrote to customer support over the weekend and asked that the renewal be discontinued. I just received confirmation from PayPal as well as a follow-up email and confirmation from Nabla. This is how things should work in a perfect world. Great application and top notch support. I can highly recommend both the app and the company.
In my opinion, what distinguishes this company above all is its exceptional customer service.
I encountered an issue with downloading and converting a video using Surfast 2, repeatedly receiving the error message “Error 0%.” Despite attempting to download the video using the largest video site available, I was unsuccessful.
I promptly contacted customer service, where I was assisted by Charlene, who provided exceptional support. In response to my request, Charlene collaborated with their development team to release a new, updated version specifically for my Mac. As a result, the issue has been resolved, and the software now functions as intended.
I am highly satisfied with this software, which is user-friendly and enables me to download videos from a wide range of websites.
Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend this software and this company.
