I ordered my items on the 22ndsept…
I ordered my items on the 22ndsept after sending emails to ask where my items were they said will be delivered between 2nd to 6th Oct 2026 It has came on the 6th.I sent email to ask where it was they said it was delivered. No it has not I stayed home all day on 5th and 6th and there has been no delivery. And no photo of proof. I have sent a complaint and want my refund or Items. Reply After waiting for items I escalated my complaint, to you And I was sent a message it had been put in my gas metre box. The items bag was soaking wet. But I have the items now. I was not given any information to where the delivery had been left until I put a complaint in. But I do have my parcel now.

It was a good site when first started out & I have received some good items but other say I ordered set of 3 keyrings having to buy two of each which was fine & postage was only £5 I went to place another order of the same types keyrings just the style I didn't I didn't go for same amount and postage saying £25, it's disgusting price but was same weight etc and now put me off buying in future

Lovely service and lovely earrings
I bought some beautiful earrings and all pairs are lovely. The quality is beautiful specially the moonfaces and I really love their service as all earrings were wrapped up carefully packaged neatly in a lovely jiffy bag and bubble 5to keep them well protected. They were sent out to me really quickly so I got them at a reasonably quick service. Thanks again for another amazing service.
