Awful customer service
Ordered 2 times from this website. The first order was ok, some kind of decent products and some very average ones but this is expected considering the prices. The second order was delivered to my mailbox but got stolen. Their customer service asked me to fill a complain which I did, that it will take up to 15 days to process. They didn't send me any updates in these 15 days and after i contacted them again, they were wasting my time with some AI generated questions on a loop and then told me that the carrier didnt refund them so they can't refund me. So next time someone order from them, better pray that your order will be delivered otherwise from the moment they got your money you are cooked.

Extremely Unprofessional Customer Service – Never Again
After countless issues with Nihao Jewelry, I can confidently say I will NEVER order from this company again. I have been a frequent customer, but unfortunately, their customer service has consistently been rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Every time there’s an issue, they seem more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually helping their customers. One of the most unacceptable experiences was when I filed a complaint because an item I received did not match its description. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they conditioned their offer of store credit on me removing my negative review. I find it completely unacceptable that a company would pressure customers to remove honest feedback in exchange for compensation. Most recently, I placed an order that I never received. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, and Nihao challenged the dispute by submitting proof-of-delivery photos, even though I never received the merchandise. As a result, I lost both my money and the products I paid for. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have given this company multiple chances and continued purchasing from them despite previous problems. Customer loyalty clearly means nothing to them. I understand that mistakes, shipping issues, and product discrepancies can happen. What I cannot accept is the repeated lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect toward paying customers. After so many negative experiences, I am done giving this company my business. I genuinely regret continuing to order from them after the first few incidents. I DO NOT recommend Nihao Jewelry, especially to small business owners who depend on reliable suppliers. There are plenty of other suppliers who actually value their customers and stand behind their products.

Nihaojewelry has failed to fulfil my order, provided misleading product information and failed to resolve my formal complaints. Its conduct constitutes breaches of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and consumer protection rules concerning misleading commercial practices. The company has credited my customer account for two undispatched items without my consent, rather than refunding my original payment method. It has repeatedly closed my disputes without providing a remedy or addressing the evidence presented. I have exhausted all reasonable avenues to resolve this matter directly and am now taking further action. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

BEWARE DO NOT ORDER from this company…inferior products, i mean its bad, inexperienced and unsatisfactory customer service and lastly return commitment is false…returns are not easy. While i understand the price point may suggest lower quality, the products (leggings..see through, sunglasses frames disproportionately unbalanced so glasses are uneven on the face) were horrible.

Bearing in mind the price points at which this site operates, I have had some outstanding value items, many of which I later see on Ali or Temu at several times the price. Because of this, Nihao is always my first port of call for goods within their product range. Occasionally I find that despatch is a little tardy, and out-of-stock items not marked as such, but overall I've found them trustworthy and straightforward to deal with.
