Ordered from this company and afterwards became worried as I had read some reviews of authenticity and bad customer service etc & I can without doubt, Say some people have nothing better to do but moan and talk rubbish! Trainers 100% legit 👌 I own 4pairs so was able to go threw every thread and the customer service was more than you could ask for and very quick to respond. I just got my NB 327 ordered from Novelship. However, I am now very doubtful that the item I received is authentic. The left side Big N is obviously very out of shape. I own another pair bought from boutique and the big N is perfectly sewn on.

Past experience purchase with Novelship - Best buy ever with Novelship As I know I can't get it from local store or oversea Nike store anymore. Bought two pairs of dunk, the process was hassle free and I had waited for 2 weeks. I also tried to bought another dunks (153) however the seller flake twice. Nonetheless, I gave it a try again as I really like the that dunk colour. I felt disappointed and cheated. Bought the shoes on 25/06/24- a week later, I received notification that my shoes have been authenticated on 30/06/24 via email. Im looking forward to receive the dunk this time round as I felt lucky that the seller did not flake it. However, I got the tracking but was told that picked up doesn't happen during weekend and Janio tracker don't update in real time. Despite CS reverted till date, the Janio website still remain the same "We have received the order details, but not the parcel". This is real bad, as I have waited more than two week which is not usual and I wrote to them again, they mentioned that my belove dunk is being held at the custom and they will solved the case asap. It have been three weeks now. still no reply.

Recently, I bought the "Pharrell x adidas NMD_S1 Mahbs 'Earth Strata' ID7413" shoes from Novelship. At first, everything seemed fine. The shoes cost RM534, and the shipping fee was stated to be around RM50+. The total I paid was around RM580 (less than RM600). The transaction was smooth, and I thought that was it—I wouldn't have to pay any more money and could just wait for my shoes to arrive. Until... I received a message from DHL Shipping telling me I had to pay RM109 in import duty/tax for my shipment before they would start delivering my parcel. This was never mentioned when I first purchased the shoes. In the end, I paid around RM600+, close to RM700. This gave me a very bad impression of this shop because they never mentioned any additional payments upfront.

I was a bit sceptical ordering at first as I had never heard of the company but I put my faith in the reviews and the transaction was great from start to finish, good communication by the team and DHL were lightning fast with Hong Kong to UK delivery. Prices are cheaper than Stock X and others as well . Outstanding service !
