In ordered adidas supermodified korn edition, its a sold out limited edition,so its understandable its twice the price. But service is legit, i ordered it tuesday, i recieved it in NZ monday morning. Hope i can know who's the seller, im empress how fast and legit brand new stuff

Dear Novelship Crew,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding your company's failure to adhere to its own refund policy. As outlined on your website, the policy states that:
If a reseller does not ship the item to Novelship within 2 days, Novelship will attempt to resolve the issue within 5 days.
If the item is still not shipped to Novelship after 2 additional days, Novelship will provide a full refund.
Despite providing you with a copy of this policy from your website, I have been met with denial and a lack of action. This is unacceptable.
I have already contacted you multiple times to address this issue, but to no avail. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached by the end of today, I will have no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company, alleging that Novelship has engaged in fraudulent behavior.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and promptly rectify the situation.

Reading reviews after I had already purchased some football boots concerned me! I am pleased to review and advise that communication regarding the seller shipping, Novelship verification then Novelship shipping was clear and regularly updated. Then shipment to me with DHL express, again well communicated. Boots are brand new and 100% genuine. No need to fear! Only comment would be the import fees were added and it was a surprise to me as expected to be included but I likely missed this information. Would use again.

They have written in their policy that the seller should ship for authentication within 2 days, but they still haven't. And when asked about a time line to novelship, they say they dont know. In that case, why do they put on their website and app , the delivery time as 5-9 working days? I have spenty 1000 bucks for a shoe and the reply seems so vague?
