Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about delayed deliveries, extended waiting times, and orders failing to arrive on schedule. Many buyers also expressed frustration regarding unhelpful support teams, difficulties cancelling orders, and very long delays in receiving refunds. Additionally, numerous people claimed that the items received had quality issues or arrived damaged.
Some reviewers were happy with the fast delivery and authentic products they received. A few consumers additionally mentioned that prices were great and customer support was very helpful. Other buyers appreciated that items arrived in good condition after overseas shipping.
novelship didn't explain enough about initial storage fees and can be confusing for first time buyer. i also don’t know if i need to pay more in order to deliver the shoes from NS storage to my house, as i checked, its RM 60 to ship to Malaysia, let alone that there will be 10% tax and RM50 handling cost from courier, that’s a total of RM150++ from shipping alone, i just want to know if i can get cheaper or change to standard delivery for shipping fee because its so confusing for first time buyer.

Price is super attractive but then the shipping cost makes it super close to the price i have here. My goal when i buy online is to find the same item at a lower price.
So it was even with local shops, then i had to pay UPS taxes. At the end the exact same shoes cost me 55$ + than locally and i did not expect to pay that extra UPS taxes… so not cool price wise.
The shoes are great though.
Novelship 回复2024-10-28
Hi Olivier,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you’re happy with the shoes! We understand how important it is to find the best deal, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the overall costs.
Regarding the shipping and UPS taxes, we strive to be transparent about these charges during the checkout process. However, we acknowledge that international shipping costs and taxes can sometimes result in a higher final price, depending on local fees applied by customs and carriers like UPS. These charges are unfortunately outside of our control.
We appreciate your understanding and hope you continue to enjoy your new shoes! Should you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to check out our FAQ on shipping and taxes, or reach out to us directly.
Best Regards,
