Now in september 3 months later I get an email regarding the return. From their website: "There will be a return handling fee which is 25% of the total Product value paid" So, if you purchase a pair of trainers for £190 and they don't fit/don't suit, it will cost you £47.50 to return. To a UK address!!!! Rip off. Scam.
I like this concept connecting all popular brands into one platform. Prices relatively affordable, delivery is fast and they have some rare snickers models that are hard to find at official stores of the brands:) Yes, it`s not everyone, since the major apparel focus is on US sport brands and their pop culture, but it work for me, since I`m quite a fan of this stuff, not for everyone, though:(

The range of sneakers is impressive, some rare air jordan models, I found here, where I coudln`t anywhere else. As for delivery, not problems at all, average time to get the things done, not bad.

EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: Thank you NOVELSHIP support team so much for reaching out! Perhaps answer the two separate mails that I sent during the past 8 days instead of asking me to send another one? Ordered and waited 2 weeks longer than the estimation date. I have now waited 4 weeks since my initial purchase and they refuse to answer my emails. I don't understand why they don't have a phone number to call since they obviously don't have anyone working their support email... Very good website but they don't focus on the delivery or customer support.

In the beginning, we need to wait too long to receive your purchase. Furthermore, when you need to fix something you need to wait a lot. For example: I tried to change my address before Novelship shipped my purchase and no one gave a time to try to fix it when someone tried, I just received “Sorry but we are unable to help you after your purchase is with the shipping company.

Shoes were legit - not fakes. Novelship were fine to deal with unless you need to return for exchange of size.

Shipping did take a while but that’s to be expected when coming from Asia. My trainers as far as I can tell are legit and not fake and I’m big into my trainers so I was really careful before buying them. Love my trainers and for the price they’re good

My item was successfully delivered to their warehouse, yet they gave me only a few hours—on a public holiday—to respond before canceling my sale. Without adequate time to reply, they automatically applied a $19.54 penalty and refused to waive it, despite the situation being beyond my control. To make matters worse, they also charged a return shipping fee, instead of offering a fair resolution. After years of trusting their platform, I expected better treatment for long-time users. Their rigid policies, lack of flexibility, and poor seller protection make it difficult to recommend them anymore. If you’re considering selling through Novelship, be cautious of their unreasonably short response windows, harsh penalties, and lack of support for sellers. I hope they improve their policies to provide a fairer experience, especially for loyal users.

The price and purchase process was very good but the delivery service is far to slow it's only on stage 2 of a stage 5 delivery process and it's already been 9 days since the item was dispatched and it says on the website delivery is within 5-9 days! So I've probably got to wait another 12-15 days to receive the item if it's only at stage 2 in 9 days delivery has got to be quicker a maximum of 5-7 days tops every other trainer site is averaging this

I missed out buying these shoes when I was in New York December 2023, shopping with kids ended up in them getting what they wanted and I missed out (can’t remember why - they were probably hungry 🤣). I regretted not buying them for myself ever since. Back home in Australia they weren’t available in stores or online so I persisted and finally found them a year later via Novelship. the shoe came in a good condition the size is good too and delivery package was not broken dented or anything

Shopping nike ees is just a big pleasure for me here!! :) I love when I can buy fancy models cheaper than in official store. Of course, such companies and platforms like Stock for example sometimes create cheaper offer, at the same time you may wait for several months, while here they are cheaper as they are. It's just because of some discounts or smth like this. =) So, I can recommend this place. Snatched a pair of new jordans recently, new color scheme was released recently but these guys have already brought it.

I shop here regularly, when I need sneakers, new hoodie, new sport suit or whatever else. Uhm... Of course I thought that this pltform was liek a tyoical discount center with interesting discounts on popular sneakers models and so on, but then it turned out that this is likec a standalone shop.Prices here are really below average ones and definitely lower than in the official adidas, nike store. Not all models are available, but I've never faced a situation that there were no of my fav pair of sneakers.

My son ordered from there on Christmas. He was so excited to order a pair of pants for himself with his gift money. He paid $29.99 for shipping which in itself is insane. He did not go over this with me beforehand. He now knows better! Today, he received a text stating that he had to have it redelivered due to an incorrect address. There was then a link where credit card information was requested. Here is where I began to question things. My son showed me the confirmation email which had ZERO order details. There was no order number provided. There is also no way to contact them directly. I would never order from a business I cannot contact in the event there is an issue with my order. I will be writing the Better Business Bureau next if my support request is not answered in a timely manner.
