Took more than a month to get my order when initial delivery window was 5-7 days. Ridiculous, considering they charge a lot for shipping too. And they didn’t seem apologetic when contacting them about it either. Very sad. I’d take my sneaker shopping elsewhere.
I placed an order, never received confirmation and despite sending messages through three channels over 7 days customer support have not got back to me. No confirmation. No shoes. $150 out of pocket DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE
I ordered an Adidas XLG Deluxe Runner which is only exclusively selling in China. Their website shows the size US10/28cm and I have a leg length of 28cm, thus I ordered it in accordance to that information display in their website I received the shoe in US10/27cm instead. I emailed them about the wrong size delivered. They gave me a nonsense explanation that the shoe is accordance to Japan sizing which is not align with Chinese sizing. As I mentioned earlier the shoe is only exclusively available in China, shouldn't their company display the correct length in the Chinese region sizing. The company refused to provide a full refund even if the shoes was to return to them untouched. Novelship is unethical in their business dealing. Should have read previous reviews on this company numerous red flags. Do not order from this company
Overall, very poor quality and equally poor customer service. I can’t recommend this purchase. I bought the Nike Air Max Plus Platinum Tint, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The sneakers developed a defect and tore in less than a month of very light wear, completely unacceptable for real Nike products. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Instead of actually reviewing my case, they replied with a generic, copy-paste message. They pointed me to a 7-day return policy, ignoring the fact that this is a clear quality issue, not a simple change-of-mind return. There was no real support, no attempt to understand the problem, and no willingness to take responsibility for a defective product.

Like it was made in those cheap factory! - Had to leave it to air for months as it is just TOO smelly to put my feet into them even with socks (can you imagine how horrible that is). **TRUE test of quality = FAILED horribly** Fabric on front of shoes SPLIT on 4th day of wear Buy at YOUR OWN RISK (IF you have money to throw away). If you can make an official claim against Novelship in your country = PLEASE do it! Let authorities know about the matter. Customers need to work together to stop unethical vendors/retailers/agents/etc from profiting.
I purchased a pair of trainers on the 16/11/25. I have had no delivery information and had one email on the 22/11/25 with a status report since then they have gone dark, I’ve emailed and had no responses since. I’ve paid £109 and this company although abroad has no other way of contact apart from email. I am very dissatisfied with this companies support and even now my account says no completed orders. Be aware when buying from this company
This company and website is vey unprofessional and such a scam!!! My friend purchased of their this afternoon. She has received no email confirmation for the order and cannot see her recent r past purchases on her account.She has tried emailing and contacting support teams but they do not answer , whatever you do don’t buy of this website as they will ignore you and is a complete scam.
Super bad experience with Novelship. I bought a pair of Birkenstocks from their website because I wanted to support a local brand, but the whole experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, I placed an express shipping order on 4 Nov. I changed my mind shortly after and requested to cancel. Their policy states that an order can be cancelled if the seller has not confirmed or shipped it yet. I emailed them multiple times, but only on 6 Nov did they finally reply, saying the seller had already shipped it and they “need to be fair” to the seller. I accepted it even though the communication was very slow. Secondly, the express shipping—which was supposed to arrive on 11 Nov based on their website—only arrived on 18 Nov. There was no notification about any delay. I had to email them personally just to get updates, and their replies took forever. Thirdly, when the shoes finally arrived, the condition of both the box and the shoes was terrible. I genuinely have no idea who is doing their quality checks because it was honestly dog-shit level QC. Yet they still told me it was within an “acceptable range.” Absolutely shocking. Lastly, the joke of all jokes: the return amount they offered. They said the refund was “calculated by our finance team according to our standard policies.” What standard? They offered me only $98 for a $271 pair of shoes. I ended up going directly to Birkenstock in person and bought another pair—the condition was way better than what Novelship sent me, it cost an extra $20, and I can return it anytime if there’s an issue. Please don’t buy from Novelship. Just buy directly from the official store or use other platforms like SNKRDUNK or Carousell. Save yourself the frustration.
The Doc Marten Clemency boots advertised by Novelship are not an authentic Doc Martens item and they are not even made out of leather as they claim to be. The delivery took a long time to arrive. Support seems to be non existent. It is a long and extremely time consuming process communicating with the company and it appears they do not provide refunds. This company appears to be selling counterfeit products.

First time using Novelship. Super disappointed! Got a good deal on the Dunks but then when comes to authenticity they cancel saying defects by sending an email and found another buyer, I was cool with that but then the shit happens the second time and they never bother to send email and just cancel it. I had to ask their customer service and found out that it was another defect without even prove or pictures! suspect is because the shoe price went up and they decide they could sell it a better bargain! Never use again! Always used eBay or stockX does not have any issue! Will stick to stockX at least don’t give bullshit excuse!
I ordered some Adidas UltraBoost Shoes from Novelship for the first time. I have owed many very similar pairs of Adidas shoes over the years and never had a problem with them, however after a month of wear the soles of the shoes I purchased from Novelship started to rip and peel off. I contacted Novelship and their response was that they can't do anything beyond 7 days of the customer receiving the product. So, I am stuck with a faulty item.
So far, this place has given me the worst shopping experience, with false advertising. Shipping can take more than 10 days. I have been following with them for updates from time to time. Personally, I will never shop here again. If my review saves you from shopping here, then you will save time and money. I Hope they can improve in the future for other customers.
The worst experience I ever got. Tried to cancel my order but policies said that 10% restocking fee will be applied. Customer service does not responding at all. Tried to reach them 4 times. Won’t recommend this store at all ‼️
Do not trust Novelship with your money. I bought a pair of Nike shoes that arrived two weeks late. After just ONE HOUR of wear, the soles began to detach. This is an obvious manufacturing defect. When I requested a refund, Novelship refused, hiding behind the pathetic excuse that I "wore the shoes." How exactly are you supposed to test quality without wearing them? Their policy is a fraudulent loophole designed to protect them from selling faulty products. You are paying a premium for garbage quality and zero customer protection. They happily take your money but abandon all responsibility the second your order arrives. Save your money and shop anywhere else. Avoid Novelship at all costs.
The worst online company ever! I made my purchase on 14 October and until today, the shoes have still not arrived. What’s worse is that when I logged in to the app and website to check my order status, the entire order had disappeared! They even emailed me saying the shoes were “out for delivery”, but when I checked the tracking number, it only showed “Booking Received” — which means the parcel hasn’t even been picked up. Absolutely unreliable. Don’t ever buy from them!
Chose the express shipping that indicated I was estimated to received my item by 3rd Nov. I only received it 11th November. Contacted customer service to refund me and charge me for normal shipping instead. Staff named Afi replied and said they wont be able to do so. Implied it was my fault for not reading the buyers FAQ. I asked for the manager/supervisor instead. Did not allow me to speak to the supervisor as well. No refund, no service recovery, no customer service. Overall, one of the worst websites to purchase items online. I do not encourage it at all even if items were for free. That's how bad it is.
Do not order a product that you need to be delivered by certain date. I bought a pair of Nike and paid extra for expedited delivery from the 7th - 10th Oct. Coz I needed it for an oversea trip. Is the 15th today. No product.
