Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about delayed deliveries, extended waiting times, and orders failing to arrive on schedule. Many buyers also expressed frustration regarding unhelpful support teams, difficulties cancelling orders, and very long delays in receiving refunds. Additionally, numerous people claimed that the items received had quality issues or arrived damaged.
Some reviewers were happy with the fast delivery and authentic products they received. A few consumers additionally mentioned that prices were great and customer support was very helpful. Other buyers appreciated that items arrived in good condition after overseas shipping.
Useless! First order with these after much deliberation but ultimately was the only place I could find the shoes I wanted. Ultimately turned out to be too good to be true as the order arrived and they were the complete wrong colour way. Really disappointing so close to Christmas and as a first time user, will definitely stick to what I know in future & will 100% avoid moving forward as the wait times are too long for overseas to not be guaranteed to received what you order.
I’ll update when/should the situation is rectified but until then… Ignore the automated reply you receive through here too, I’d already sent everything they asked.
UPDATE:
Customer service was very good once Novelship understood the issue and from there, everything was smooth and all issues were rectified.
I wouldn’t use them ever again still but credit where it’s due, fantastic customer service!

I have purchased an adidas trainer today, after put all my personal particular and credit card details, I went to the end “confirme order”,the transaction requested an OTP. After all, the process still hanged on “confirm order” part. I checked my cc transaction, there are 2 transactions with RM0 and USD0, really confusing with this online purchasing experience. Shoe arrived with defects. Claimed to be authenticated but don't understand how such a big defect could be missed.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son. UK size 7 (US size 8). Received an email to say that they were advertised with the wrong size and would I like a size 7.5 or my order cancelled. As I had initially ordered in the UK size, I presumed that this meant UK size 7.5, and so asked them to proceed. Despite 2 emails, I received no reply. Then I realised that they were US size 7.5. Again, emailed apologising for my mistake and requested cancellation as was offered to me. 2 emails later, still no reply. The shoes are still stuck at the same status and I am getting the feeling that I have been ripped off!
Update: Received the message below, but not sure what another email will do, given that there are already 4 that haven't been answered
