I attempted to pay for my latest order using Afterpay pay-in-four as it was indicated that I could do although I was frozen out when I try to click on that link ... I then attempted to use the Paypal pay-in-four and although my credit card and the last 4 numbers were visible I was again stopped from using that facility ... being an aged pensioner I need to buy items using the pay-in-four facility so I am quite dissapointed that I was prevented from doing that in spite of the fact that I have a very good credit rating ... Bought dress size 12. Try to return it and was told size 12 was a custom size something I never heard of. Dress was $134 . Gave me a credit for half $67. Only way to use credit was to purchase another $134 of clothes and then they would apply the $67. That’s a total of $201.
Had several questions on the sizing. It was a little off. It would have been beneficial if there were more detail on fitting and customizing. I tried customizing using my actual size measurements, however when looking at the product information, it noted sizes were actually larger than actual sizes in the charts based upon product measurements to ensure comfortability.
Do not buy anything from this store. They say they are for online shopping however the clock I bought arrived shattered. Despite 3 attempts I can't get their system to lodge a ticket to get any help.
My experience was disappointing on 2 fronts. I waited to report this but my perception has not changed. Once ordered, it took a month to receive my items and the communications and ability to track the order by Ouku were weak. Secondly, the quality was much lower than expected from the on line images presented. One of the items had a logo which faded when I washed it (per items instructions). The material is not of the same quality of things I have ordered from reputable companies. I would never order from Ouku again.
