评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently find the official website extremely user friendly, regularly noting that searching for items, browsing selections, and placing orders is a wonderfully simple and direct process. Many people genuinely appreciate the clear product descriptions and the fantastic variety of goods available on the digital platform. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected sizing issues, mentioning that clothes arrived far too big or that the measurements tables were confusing. A few customers also experienced frustrating technical difficulties during checkout or noted that delivered items did not completely match the online pictures.

preferably ship again for free!
I recently bought a pair of swimming trunks, but I didn't receive them. It's been a month now and I still haven't received it. If Ouku doesn't like it, they can always send the swimming trunks, because I need the swimming trunks when traveling. my order number is: 11168740

Easy to use except I sent a gift to my brother-in-law and there was no place to note that this was a gift and who it is from.

No tracking
No tracking, no credible response from the website. I think they want me to try and get it the next town over, about 25 miles away. I use several vendors for comparable products...Ouku is the worst. I just want my money back

I ordered 2 men’s shirts and when they arrived I discovered they were too small. They are virtually impossible to return. All return info is hidden or deflected on their website. If you persist thru the various misdirections you eventually arrive at a message telling you that it will cost more than the product to return. If you continue from their you will encounter a Byzantine form requiring lengthy explanations, 9 pictures, and essentially the assurance that you never opened the package to begin with. Avoid these scammers
