I ordered an adorable white denim jumpsuit in what turned out to be the wrong size. When I reached out to Oyrosy their support team got back to me very promptly. They asked me for more details and then helped me find another amazing jumpsuit, because sadly the other one was out of stock. They’re sending me the new and allowing me to keep the original one as a gift and hopefully if I lose some weight I can fit in that one as well! I really appreciated their kind, attentive and efficient support team! I would buy from them again in the future.

I bought a cute dress for a concert but it took over 3 weeks so I coudn't wear it for that event. It was too big for me but the bust area was flat andthe fringe was all bent up and cheap looking. The quality of their dress is better than Temu even though the picture on both their websites are exactly the same! The fringe is better on Temu's dress and theirs was $20 and OYROSY owesme $108.39 and keeps saying they will send me a different item of my choice but I have sent them the link and their picture at least 5 times and AMY just keeps saying for me to send them a link! It is ridiculous! I reported them to my Credit Card Co.!!!

Everything is not going okay. There are many items I have to wait for production but I am trying to learn how to be more patient and trust the process. I just can't seem to get the item I order. I keep having to choose a replacement and the replacements are all at full price. So all the rewards and 50% off coupons I have earned don't really actually get me anywhere. I lose coupon choosing replacements I'd never buy! It's quite saddening to be honest...thinking I have this great hot new outfit coming and then months later I'm told it's out of stock. It keeps happening over and over. My trust is breaking...

I ordered a dress ( bohemian chiffon) in January after many emails and trying to track i have had no luck in getting an expected delivery? I did have a very good experience with a coat I ordered last year that was one the small size. Oyrosy offered to make another one free of charge and not return the original. This arrived within a 2-3 week period. Why can’t I get the dress in the same frame time ? I will not risk buying again

I wrote a review noting lack of reply to my emails. They suggested I email then with the order number which I had done and have continued to do but no reply. I want a refund as product not as advertised. I will be reporting this company to Fair Trading and hope to stop the advertising.

I recently purchased a jogging suit that was too small. I corresponded with the customer support team. Amy I believe, and she was able to get my measurements and send me the correct size. I haven't received it yet but was very happy with the prompt correspondence that I received daily from Amy. She was able to answer every question and knew exactly how to help me. After much confusion, I eventually received a full refund on my jacket from OYROSY! Had to pay for return postage but I was aware of this - made clear in their terms and conditions. Postage was £30 on £120 jacket so only £30 lost! Communications were good - always got replies after I posted negative comments here! So persistence on my part paid off. OYROSY very apologetic.

I ordered my first pair of brown fringed pants and I love them. On the large side, stretchy, soft material, gorgeous colour. Lovely soft fringes and fantastic cut, waist loose. Would buy again in a heartbeat!!! Oh, I already ordered a size M because a love these pants so much 🙏
