This is the worst company I have ever done business with! Please avoid!! I ordered a crocodile costume for a Halloween party and paid $17.81 for 6-8 day shipping. The costume was shipped late and took 21 days to get to me! I emailed the company explaining how the service was unacceptable and would be requesting a refund for the costume and shipping once I finally received the costume. They replied that the shipping was out of their control, however, they are the ones who shipped the costume late! Once I received the costume I emailed them that I would like to send the costume back for a full refund since it was useless to me due to being delivered over ten days after the party I had ordered it for. Their response was "Plz understand, shipping delay is really uncontrolable,
Once the item was shipped, we can't control anything.
You can use it for other party in the future or wear it as sleepwear."
This is completely unnacceptable customer service. I asked for a refund and a shipping label so I could send the costume back and this was a completely unprofessional response. I would give them zero stars if I could because they are a joke of a company!
Do not trust this company! I received and item too small with spots on it and they refused to refund me for the item. They said I had to send it back first. It would cost me $23 to send the item back to China for a refund and they do not cover return shipping even if the item is damaged! Terrible company and the worst customer service!

The onesies are super cute! I cut mine up, a lot because it was for a hot day party! I cut the cuffs off, sleeves, and legs. I made it into a cute bro tank and tied bows down the back fo the racer back. I put the cuffs back on as bracelets and anklets. Was adorable.
People wrote that it's too big, well it's a onesie, you get what you ask for. An average size woman can do a Med. They all end up looking about the same since they are onesies. My friends did larges and mediums, couldn't really tell a difference.
Just had a very similar experience to someone else on here. Ordered the Christmas family pyjama set and put in the comments what names I wanted (after googling personalised family Christmas pyjamas and this site coming up). They emailed to say that the names would be as the picture, Mom, Dad and Carson. Well, I obviously didn't want to go ahead with my order so requested cancellation. They then informed me I would only receive 80%! The small print way down on the page says the names cannot be changed but it's so small that it would easily be missed and the refund policy is very misleading. On the order page it says 30 day refund and return guarantee so why would I think I wouldn't get a full refund when I haven't even received the goods??
Please, please, please stay away! Never dealt with such a rip off company before. They must be making a fortune off this! Still trying to work out how many people have children named Carson!!!!
Great quality, i bought two onesies for my family , we received it after 5 days via express way from i bought it, i really love it!!! it was big on me but I expected that. Super soft and comfortable. Do not buy! Stay away! Worst customer service I have ever seen. We tried to order us some marching family pajamas for Christmas and they sent us ones with the name of the darn people on the photo. We don’t have a “Carson” in our family and we didn’t ask for any names to be on it. Why in the world would they think it’s even “ok” and then yo argue that I can’t return it! Didn't ship for months, then I told them I don't need it anymore ( I tried to order swimsuit), because my vacation is over and I'm back already, they said they will still ship. I said, well, your delivery date passed last month, and I paid the delivery fee, so you didn't provide me with the service I paid for, so refund. They said they will not refund me and my item is on its way. I said again, that I needed it by the delivery due date , not after, so refund me. I moved from that place( because it took few months for them to deliver) . I asked new tenants if anything arrived? They said -never. They ignore imails, don't do their job, got my money , keep my swimsuit and never refunded. Terrible, horrible, awful. I wish I could give them a million negative stars.
I ordered an item that was out of stock but not listed as such online. They FIRST accepted my payment and THEN (the next day) told me it was out of stock, and they apologized for not listing it as such on the website. At that point, they already had my money, so they asked me to pick a different item since they were out of stock on the item I originally paid for. I told them that I wanted a refund, not a different item, and they responded FIVE DAYS LATER, saying: "we will refund your money ASAP." That response was over a day ago (and my order was originally placed a week ago). How long am I supposed to wait for this refund? Crazy!
Even though the items seemed cheap for what they were I decided to take a chance and order an iron man onesie for my daughter for Christmas as they clearly stated on their website that they had a 30 day no quibble refund policy, after receiving the item which was very poor quality and basically a badly made red fleece onesie with some badly velcroed on cut out shapes I requested a refund, I received a short abrupt email saying " request denied " and since then they have failed to reply to any emails. I am reporting them to trading standards and warning people on every review site possible. Do not trust this site !!!
It's been over a month since we ordered and paid for expedited shipping, still no product. Have sent several follow emails and not one response. Terrible company. Be warned.

My wife purchased a Halloween costume for our daughter; however, she made a mistake and accidentally ordered it twice. Realizing the error, she immediately canceled the second order, but they still only refunded half the cost of the item. Their response was:
'Because we had paid for the advertisement and the fee for staff and any other fee. We hope you can understanding.'
I sent a following email, stating that charging a 50% restocking fee (or whatever they want to call it) for an item that was never even shipped out, was not only unethical, but blatant thievery; and their response was:
'We refunded to you already.'
And the costume that we did finally receive, was cheap, overpriced garbage. I would certainly not recommend doing business with these people...
My experience is similar to other here. Please don't order from this company! They do not get your item to you on time and they DON'T CARE. Or you.may not receive it at all. I asked for a refund and a shipping label to return the costume (which arrived Nov. 1st.). This was their response: " We couldn't accept return by no any quality problem." Disgusted!
I placed my order the Monday before Halloween (10/31). I didn't think the item would get here in time, but the shipping section stated that if I paid an additional 20 dollars for a specific kind of shipping, that it would be here by Halloween. My order never passed the "filling" stage and remained stagnant. I sent an email to them on 10/28 and then again on 10/31 saying I wanted to cancel my order due to the fact it would not arrive by Halloween and still had not been shipped. I didn't hear back until today, from someone in sales, telling me that I can either take order of the item or receive only half of what I paid as reimbursement. The item never shipped and you never filled it, yet I should give you money, for an item I no longer have a use for at this point. This is by far the worst company I have ever ordered from. I will never order from them again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to. I am now awaiting resolution on this issue. I see no place on their website that talks about a cancellation policy where you only receive half of your money back, let alone if your item never was filled, or if THEY failed to ship it in time, despite advertising that it would arrive in time.
I paid for 7-10 business day shipping and my item is still not here. The tracking number they gave me says it is coming from China...and that's it. No updates at all! I have tried to contacted them several times...without having to call china (which is the number listed on the site) and still no response. I am sad that my daughter didn't get her outfit in time. I will certainly tell everyone at my daughters school to not buy from pajamasbuy.com. If I were you, I would find your item someplace else.
I received an email after placing an order with this company stating they were out of stock on one of the items I ordered. They asked if they could replace it with another pajama. I told them the one I wanted to replace it with and they have never sent them. I have repeatedly sent them emails about once a week inquiring about them and they do not reply. I ordered the shark pajamas and the ones they sent were not the same as the ones pictured on their site. My first purchase was great with them. Now it's just gotten worse. So disappointed.
Pajamasbuy sent me a very different pair of pajamas from what they showed on their website. The crotch region of the pajamas sagged to the point where the pajamas were difficult to walk in. I ordered a size too small so that the crotch region would be tight hugging and the pajamas were STILL too loose. Customer service was slow to respond, and when I showed them pictures of me wearing the pajamas compared to the stock picture on their website they started ignoring me altogether.
Order from here last year (onesie) and item was identical to image on site. Still in good condition and the material is nice and thick so it keeps me warm. There's a variety of sizes which you should check to make sure you'll fit. I chose expedited shipping and it arrived one day later than it should have (which was a shame because I needed it for an event) but I was still pleased when it arrived.
