A Marketing Scam with Zero Support and Selective Restrictions – STAY AWAY!
I am writing this to warn every user. If you want screenshot proofs, I posted that on their general section of discord(If you don't see there that means they supressed it by deleting my complain). I also posted every single thing on reddit also with proof. I am back to tell the truth. Pollo AI has become a graveyard for professional work and a playground for shady policies.
1. The Permanent Marketing vs. Temporary Rewards Scam
Pollo AI uses its users for free, permanent advertising. They make you participate in "challenges" where you must post their tags and links on your social media. Those posts stay on our profiles permanently, giving them free marketing for years. In exchange, they give "tiny" rewards (credits) that they expire in 1 or 2 months without any warning or notification. No permanent credits = No permanent publicity. I have already deleted all my posts supporting them. It is a total scam.
2. Selective Treatment & "Freedom" for Favorites
There is a disgusting level of bias here. I have noticed some users have total freedom, while most of us face "Super Stupid" restrictions. Even simple, SFW (Safe For Work) prompts are rejected. I tried a prompt for a fashion/lingerie brand—rejected. I took that exact same prompt to ChatGPT, and it worked perfectly. It seems if you don't spend your day praising the admins, they put you on a restricted list.
3. Support is 100% Bots and Ego-Boosters
Don’t be fooled by the 4.4 rating; the 1-star reviews are the only honest users here. The "Admins" on Discord are either 100% bots or humans who only respond to people giving them ego boosts. If you have a real technical issue or a complaint about credit theft, you are ignored for days.
4. Technical Failures & Credit Theft
Wait Times: 10 minutes for a single image? In 2026? Ridiculous.
Pollo Agent: A useless tool that eats 1000 credits for garbage output without asking for confirmation.
Censorship Hypocrisy: They started this site by marketing "jiggling" and suggestive content, but now they’ve turned it into a "kid’s playground" where even professional fashion prompts are banned.
5. The "Rich Get Richer" Reward System
Their event rewards are a joke. They prioritize "most active" or "most creation" rewards, which basically means the people who already have credits get more, while free users who save 2-2 credits daily are left with nothing when their hard-earned rewards expire without notice.
Conclusion:
Do not waste your money or your time here. They want your free marketing but will rob you of your credits and ignore your problems. They are watching other AI sites and copying all the worst, most greedy habits. I am done with Pollo AI.

Company that sells services you can get for a third of its price, and who turned to be very dishonest. I used it for creative purposes, as it was a way of using many platforms in a relaxed, free of censorship. One day, they decided to go full censorship... like if we lived in the 19th century. No skin is allowed, only it it's around the eyes, almost like a burka. They could have had some honesty and tell all their members about the changes... but they didn't. I wasted 2000 credits I couldn't use for my creations, as every prompt I tried was censored. And the most ironic thing about it? Kling, seedance, hailuo are not that squared minds. If you want to pay 3 times more for a service you can get directly with all major companies, and you want to be restricted as if you lived in North Korea... join their platform.

The text to video is ok but without being able to use the original image that you want or may have in the video and only accept the Ai models is a failure. Also getting the Ai model to lip sync with the text that I prompted without determining the language of a specific country was a waste of credits.
Also being told that some of the original text written for the prompt was unacceptable when there should be levels of text that customers can use in their video and pay by credits to get the video that is wanted
