Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the video and image generation, noting that the platform is very easy to use and fast. Many people find it to be a practical and creative tool that successfully streamlines their workflow and brings their original ideas to life. Some reviewers were not happy with credit consumption, mentioning that credits were used up quickly or wasted when the artificial intelligence misunderstood prompts. A few other people also felt that there were occasional issues with prompt fidelity, where the final output did not accurately match their exact instructions.

Paid for a pro membership, certain generations were advertised as "10 days free unlimited", but in fact, they were very much limited to only a certain amount of generations per day and you had to wait till next day to do other ones. Pollo.ai has responded to me saying that all generation content have to comply with their rules but it’s not an issue as soon as you switch to a paid mode where you actually have to spend points. So if they are implying that generation is limited due to content, there’s some obvious double standards at play. If you’re not allowing certain type of content, do not allow it at all. If you do, then provide the services you promised.
Hello, The "unlimited model" is fully functional once the relevant plan has been purchased; please feel free to contact our customer service team if you have any inquiries. Additionally, please note that all content generation must comply with our Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed here: https://pollo.ai/terms-and-conditions Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

I wanted to try it for free, but when I registered, I had 0 credits, so basically, I couldn't even get started. Maybe by "start for free" they just mean that registration is free. What a waste of time!

In June, July and August Pollo 3.0 for video using elements was amazing. The quality has dropped dramatically in the last month. The model is not utilizing the reference elements properly and it’s making very poor quality imagery and animation. I’ve been experimenting with newer prompting and trying new reference elements, and I’ve tried re-running successful attempts from August. Very noticeable difference.
