Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the video and image generation, noting that the platform is very easy to use and fast. Many people find it to be a practical and creative tool that successfully streamlines their workflow and brings their original ideas to life. Some reviewers were not happy with credit consumption, mentioning that credits were used up quickly or wasted when the artificial intelligence misunderstood prompts. A few other people also felt that there were occasional issues with prompt fidelity, where the final output did not accurately match their exact instructions.

Overall, Pollo.AI is a fairly practical platform for experimenting with various generative AI applications, especially for images and videos. Its strengths lie in its feature selection, ease of use, and relatively simple process. However, the platform does have limitations, such as consistency of results and reliance on the quality of the prompt. Therefore, I don't think Pollo.AI is a platform that consistently delivers perfect results in a single attempt, but it is quite useful as a tool for creative workflows, especially for users who frequently experiment with AI.

Video creation was no realistic at all, the original man in the image changed the look before turned into robot and did not keep the original characteristics...
We sincerely apologize for the unsatisfactory generated result you received. We understand your frustration that the character’s original facial features and characteristics were not retained well after transforming into a robot, and the output failed to match your expectations. We have recorded your feedback and will forward it to our technical team for optimization. Could you please share your reference image and your detailed requirements? This will help us better reproduce the original character features for your next‑generation. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

Very short and unfriendly support team. I took a basic subscription and upgraded to pro afterwards. On my mastercard statement, it was listed as 'humbot singapore', not pollo.ai, which I did not recognize. So I contacted the people behind humbot singapore but they could not help, could not locate my account or payment. So I protested the payments at MC. Had to order a complete new mastercard. Change all our 50-60 subscriptions which took more than a day. Mastercard was only refunding the second order, not the first one. Reaction from Pollo: shutdown of my account (while still my original account was running and was paid for). I contacted support and was hoping that my account would be revived, plus maybe some apologies for the trouble and work they generated?! Their reply is very short: "Your payment was disputed." (which is not true). I guess they even don't fully read mails and do not deliver decent support to their customers.
Hello, Regarding any issues with the purchased package, it is recommended that you contact our professional customer service staff. We will respond to your questions within working days. Additionally, since you mentioned contacting the bank to dispute the payments via Mastercard, the bank has initiated a formal dispute process. I recommend contacting them to inquire about the status and outcome of the dispute; please note that the associated services will be suspended, as the funds involved in the dispute are frozen. Based on the information that Mastercard refunded the second order, it is evident that a dispute was initiated on your account; our records confirm that the refund for the second order was processed automatically by the bank following the opening of that dispute. Here is our customer service email contact information [email protected]. Wish you a happy life！
