This is definitely NOT 100% Human Hair. Although the hair did not itch me or bother my scalp, the hair itself is not 100% Human Hair and should not be sold as that at the price. It is not reusable and it mattes really bad. Definitely not like any Human Hair I have ever had. Athough I do love the concept of the crochet hair, I will not purchase the hair as it is being falsely advertised and should not be advertised as 100% Human Hair because it is NOT. I will find another vendor that selld 100% Human Hair for Crochet that I can go to and feel the hair before purchase. QVR you did great with your advertisements to get us to buy it but I know that you are aware that once folks by the hair and it does not remotely do or look as you are falsely advertising your revenue will eventually diminish. My suggestion is for you to lower your price and sell your product as Hunan Hair with Synthetc Fibers. That would then be HONEST advertising.

You get the updates the 1st few days but later it does not come often anymore. Am just hoping the product will stay true to it’s original form when I use it.
I ordered the Burmese curly crotchet hair it was super soft and really nice to the touch you won’t be disappointed with this hair, I will be ordering the hair again really soon thanks QVR hair I love it 😊
Unfortunately buying hair here is not recommended. The customer service is a pain. The goal is to force you to keep the hair and they do everything to make it difficult to return. We just need to support black businesses selling hair and do without these inferior alternatives- it’s not worth it

I had a great experience with Qvr hair. The hair came in a timely manner. I was most satisfied with the beautiful crochet hair I chose. I will be ordering from them again.
They were not accurate about the color of their "Salt and Pepper" hair. It is actually a dark grey with a strand of lighter grey here and there but not enough to make a color difference.
They never posted my review because it was not 5 stars
I spent several days emailing this company regarding defective, unused hair products. I was offered only a $30 partial refund, or a return under strict conditions where return shipping would be deducted from my refund.
The company stated that due to the large volume of packages their warehouse receives, they only accept returns using their own prepaid labels, with shipping costs deducted after the item is received. Based on my experience, multiple conditions and requirements were applied that made obtaining a full refund difficult and inconsistent with their stated return policy and dishonest.
The products themselves were poor quality and did not function as advertised, which made the rigid return policy even more disappointing. Customer service was not helpful and lacked flexibility or accountability for defective items.
I would not recommend this company due to the defective products and the stressful return process. Proceed with caution before purchasing or avoid them at all costs.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this hair. After only two washes, it started tangling and matting badly, making it completely unusable. I had to remove it after just two weeks.
I’m also very disappointed with the return policy. I had already purchased additional hair in advance, not knowing the quality was so poor. Overall, this was a waste of money and not what I expected.
I ordered this hair on December 17th, and received this hair a little over 2 weeks ago. The first couple of days the hair was good, but after it starts to get tangled, matted and it feels dry, even though I’ve moisturized and detangled it multiple times. This can’t be 100% human hair, I don’t care how many times they say it is. Human hair doesn’t tangle this easily and feel constantly dry, especially right after defanging it, which is a workout itself. This is sad, because I know once I take it out I probably won’t be able to reuse the hair. This is definitely not worth the $159 I’ve spent on this hair.

This hair started off so beautiful and pretty. I washed it a second time after wearing it for 2 days straight and it completely matted up. I'm talking so tangled that there was nothing that could be done to save it. This was all from water and shampoo which means that this hair is NOT human but rather a blend. For all this money, I feel scammed.
I already reached out for a refund for this order and was told to wash the hair...
