Waiting for package from China to Colorado, USA. It's been well over a month. The package arrived in Los Angeles in about 7 days from ordering 👍👍👍. It's been sitting in California for about five weeks now. If there is anyway to avoid this service, do it. I also live part time in Thailand. This service is slow there as well but, not this bad.

Definitely one of the cheaper yet fast delivery option. Parcel was sent from HK to Malaysia within a week time, earlier than suggested 7-10days. Parcel arrive in a decent condition, slight damage on the box but content inside is wrap with SF Bubble wrap protection so is all good. Delivery fees is alot cheaper than Fedex and DHL. So far so good
Ordered a pair of expensive boots from Hong Kong. Seller used SF Express. I’d never heard of the service before so came on here to check reviews and was appalled to see so many dreadful reviews. However, tracking was updated daily and I received an email from SF yesterday to say my parcel was to be delivered on Monday. Received another email this morning and my boots arrived an hour later- after only 5 days shipping. From my perspective the transaction and shipping experience was perfect.
This company was delivering an item I had ordered online on the 19th October 2020 and was being sent from China. Stated it would arrive between 7 to 12 working days. When I read some of the reviews about the company, I was a bit concerned. However the package was delivered by Royal Mail within the stated time period intact.So I have no complaints.

Furthermore, I was home during the time of the alleged delivery. It's worth noting I live in a single family home and the delivery would have been very simple. Update: The package was delivered a day later. Lol. I don't get how it can say delivered a day before it's delivered! Happy to have received the package nonetheless.

After 3 weeks they send me an email to tell me it has been delivered as confirmed with the tracking number . But... still no package at my door !!!! Because of their extremely bad reputation , I was sure it was my turn to be ripped off like so many customers have experienced from this company. The next day, I went to my mailbox . Surprise, the package was there ! It was put in the mailbox instead of at my door ( like Amazon) So , I confirm that not everybody has bad experience. Mine was a good one !!!

First delivery with SF express, very bad experience. The courier has had my package for over a day and has not attempted to deliver it. I tried contacting customer service but after 30 minutes waiting they just hung up on me. Very disappointed! Edit (2021): I've increased from 1 to 2 stars based upon a recent delivery experience, in this case the delivery experience was good. Although I'm still hesitant based on previous experiences, I thought it at least deserved a star back. Edit (2022): I've increased to 3 stars as the courier seems to be improving.

I just want to say that if you are urgent in need of the item, do not to opt for SF express. The customer service was quite friendly though. Aside that point, I bought an item online and it was assigned under SF express, and it arrived on 26/01 in Singapore. I went to track the number assigned to me and it wrote that it was delivered on 26/01 but I was at home the whole day and did not received anything. The second time, I wrote in and they called me, they assured that it will be delivered on Saturday (09/02). I asked if it can be delivered in the late afternoon, i was told that the timing was too narrow and the timing they gave me was 10am - 6pm. However, i didn't receive any parcel on the day, so i called in today and asked if I can self-collect and they agreed! Finally I collected my parcel on 11/02.

They got my package across the Hong Kong/China border in stupid quick time. From the package being deposited in north Shenzen to arrival at my doorstep, it took 18 hours. There is no faster courier. They are also cheaper than EMS while not being much more expensive than the other slower companies, such as 4px, HKExpress, ZTO, etc.
