They provided me a tracking number and claimed that item was delivered December 25 (ordered the item on December 3). I stopped receiving any updates from them on Christmas day. I contacted them and they told me that the package was already transferred to local processing and that I will have to pick the package up from that local processing’s office myself. Why would they do that? It is physically impossible for me to go to that local processing’s office since its hundreds of kilometres away from me let alone the community lockdowns that are imposed because of the pandemic. An international package should be delivered door-to-door and why did I even pay for their shipping services if I am going to pick up a package myself? And why did they transferred it to a local processing/forwarder when in fact they are the ones in charge of my package. On top of that, they transferred it without any prior notice. If I haven’t contacted them about my package they for sure won’t update me either. AVOID SF EXPRESS AT ALL COST
Garment ordered far to small for 4xl, trousers useless as I drive for a living and these are totally useless due to them being restrictive. Complete scam product, going in the clothes bank, waste of my money.

Item not received. Contacted customer service who told me package was in UK and had been delivered..they sent tracking proof. I want to know where the package goes and who is meant to deliver...Royal Mail... UPS etc

I ordered an item on Amazon on 17th December which was supposed to arrive between 11th - 21st January and hasn't arrived. The courier is SF Express, however there is no tracking number and apparently i am not eligible for a refund. A disappointing level of service.
Very bad company giving false information about tracking,they show you the destinations and then the successful delivery,but it doesn't get delivered and I had cctv proof no attempt was made.AVOID AVOID
This company has not delivered my electric scooter to my address which they claimed was delivered on 3rd dec 2020 at 11-3 am and i have tried to contact them on numerous times with no joy so i would not recomend this company to anyone
Shipment picked up from our ware house from Hong Kong to Japan.
When I queried the status of the shipment, they said they cant send on our shipment as they dont ship electronic goods!
This is despite the fact, they collected the units and we paid cash.
Now, we have to wait for them to return the goods and our cash....

Do not purchase anything from China until you know what freight company they are using. this company does not have a legitimate phone # to find out where your item is. THEY ARE SCAMMERS
Ordered a hoover on 12 of Dec and had a tracking number last time I checked it was in transit in London this hoover was coming from China if I knew that would of not ordered it could get 1 next day from Curry's 21 Dec it was in London now checked on the tracking and says has not had any contact with the courier for 30 days I will be on the bank tomorrow and tell them they a bunch of scammers ,Called bank a wk ago said wait 30 days and call the dispute team be on the phone tomorrow morning no a happy bunny😡😡

Ordered a vax hoover on 12th dec , received email saying it was being shipped and gave tracking number, like most of you needless to say I didn’t receive it , company reckoned it was delivered but when I demanded to see signature I heard nothing else !! Yes, I just read a review of someone else buying scoter from Ap scooter. Same thing happened with me I bought scotter from Ap scoter on 27 November, a tracking number was given and after 20 days I tracked on website and it showed it's in London. I rang Royal mail and they said Royal mail tracking number is right but this parcel is for someone else with different address. So definitely SF courier and Ap scoter are scam. They are fake and robbers. Don't even open their website.

I’m still waiting on my package to arrive. I had ordered it Dec 8th and, I was told it was shipped the 16th and, it’s been in transit since the 21st apparently, it’s in limbo somewhere. Last updates it’s in a sorting center in New York... I’ve emailed them many times and, I’ve gotten a rest assure it’ll arrive soon... I’m trying to hold out up but, it’s definitely never racking and, I doubt I’ll use this again... 😬
I live in Gibraltar. I had ordered an item from the far east the seller chose SF Express? I got a notification that the item had arrived and checked through customs in Gibraltar, and then.......nothing! I contacted the seller who repeated it had arrived. I took it up with the selling site , Ebay, who found against me as the parcel had, you've guessed it, arrived! SF Express; a Chocolate Teapot comes to mind!
