I ordered 2 hair piece wig toppers paid extra for longer length. 3 weeks later I get ultra short wrong color and all curls. Looks like Halloween hair. Thee worst

Have been scammed

I have been scammed by kankali.com, aka etsydaddy1 aka service[at]opparales.com The company pretends to be from San Francisco but they are from China. The package was delivered with SF Express. I contacted them to stop the scamming channel they support. No reply back from them. Shame on you!

Used twice. To ship my package to a warehouse and then to return it. Each time took 2 days. Perfect!

I seriously don't even feel like giving 1 star... go there and you will be slaughtered like a pig... Firstly says amt by flight is xxx. When confronted says its in different currency. I asked to open package and pay for knowing what's in it cos it was a long time back. Now telling me sensitive n normal air is same price. Truly a place u wanna avoid at all costs

I ordered a clothing item from Aldoph

I ordered a clothing item from Aldoph. No where on the site did it state the shipment would be coming from China or I would have never ordered from this site. The site uses SF Express. I have been checking the status of my shipment for about three weeks and it is still in China! Looking at the status it shows a bunch of transactions from shipping stations to distribution centers back to shipping stations, etc.. which means absolutely nothing because it is still in China. When I contact them they advise the it’s being shipped and they can’t do a refund because it’s in transit. Scammers!

Scam site and scam shipping

I ordered $70 worth of products from a site that I’m now realizing had a slight change to the URL from the legitimate site. Obviously a knock off site that takes your money and never delivers. My package was marked delivered and signed for 2 days ago and still no sign of it.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE TOTAL SCAM! BOUGHT 3 DRESSES CHEAP POLY MATERIAL NOT A COTTON MIX AS STATED AND DOESN’T FIT. NO WAY TO RETURN UNLESS YOU PAY TO RETURN TO CHINA WHICH IS MORE THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE. TOTAL RIP OFF!

Horrible shipment company ,big delay and costly

Place an order on 26 July , 28 shipment was done, choose SF cos it was mentioned 8 to 16 days . As well the shipment cost was lower ,compering to DHL. My order arrived just today 17 August. Arrived in uae, then sent to Netherland ,then back to uae. And...the most funny ,they dont deliver to your door, so on top i have to pay for Emirates post delivery. Basically end up paying ,as it will be delivered by Fedex. Its unbelievable, 20days to receive my parcel ,and cost as 5 days delivery

Bait and switch.I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks and got be a dimestore not size appropriate cheap 10 dollar knock offs I want my money back ASAP! And let me know where to return these awful shoes

I bought a pair of shoes advertised as Birkenstocks. What I received was a cheap pair of knock off sandals that are too big and hurt my feet. Bait and switch. Not a legitimate way to do business. I plan on reporting this to the better business bureau and Facebook.

Package arrived 2 weeks ago. No way to contact them to find out why taxes are due on a package. They haven't contacted me either.

I have a thought about what's going on

This is the 2nd time I've ordered something from USA - Taiwan & received an email that I need to download the EZWAY App from "SF-express", to allow them to act as agents to accept the package. However, my package is not scheduled to arrive for at least 2 more weeks, and it is under the care of Pitney-Bowes, for customs declaration and THEY pay duties on my behalf. Plus, it still shows it is in USA. I think scammers are grabbing a mailing list and just fishing for $ from unaware folk. Taxes/duties/import fees should be covered on your original purchase, no? **BTW, Pitney Bowes have NO contact information either.
