Terrible service, overcharged fees. Asked to deliver the luggage to HGK airport. The lady at the counter told us to indicate the “approximate” time we would be taking our luggage, and she explicitly mentioned that “it would not matter to be there exactly at that time, just indicatively”. Nonetheless we said 19pm, arrived to take the luggage at 19pm, had to wait a couple of minutes because of people in line ahead of us. But MR Wallace Lee was inflexible at the counter, “you have to pay 1 hour extra, you are 3 minutes late”. No matter we tried to explain what his colleague told us when we deposited the luggage initially, nor the fact that we arrived on time, but had to wait there for other people before us. “This is what you SIGNED, it says 7:00 pm, now it’s 7:03pm, have to pay a full extra hour”. Sounded like an “AI” powered robot speaking. I am not kidding, this is literally what we’ve been told, and certainly it did not feel very kind nor “human”.
Appalling - do not use this company!
Ordered item via Amazon, shipping keeps getting delayed. Earlier this week tracking noted item would be delivered yesterday and nothing arrived. Tracking history says 'package has left facility' every day for almost a week. No one at SF Express/Australia answering the phones, recorded message on loop to say all agents are busy. Amazon needs to ban sellers using this shipping company!

Worst dumbest shipping service ever
It's the worst shipment I ever used. They ignored the address I provided and used what they thought would be an awesome zip code. Now my parcel is stuck. If the situation can't be resolved fastly my parcel will be returned. I paid import taxes for it already too. The support went MIA. Worst experience ever. Recommendation for others : if a online shop is shipping with sf express just don't buy from there! Just don't.

I would say it appears this is a scam Claim to ship item keep your money for weeks while they provide ficticious tracking info and then your package never arrives Then it up to you to try to get a refund. Says they delivered a futon that was ordered but it never showed up at my home. I have 3 cameras that record on my property. Not one truck/vehicle came by the house that day to deliver it. Neighbor across the street looked on theirs and nothing as well. This package least 200lbs. Update: Found out said futon was delivered but to CA instead of KY....and they signed for it

Utter shocking service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered today. The app states that my parcel would be delivered by 16:00. Then it was changed to 18:00. Then I received a notification, that the courier made an arrangement with the receiver (ME!!!) that the parcel would be delivered tomorrow. You DID NOT phone me to arrange a change in delivery date. My parcel better arrive tomorrow.
