As mentioned, since the shipment did not arrive as scheduled, shipping costs for this leg have been refunded, and our $200 Shipment Protection Plan has been offered toward rental and other qualifying golf-related expenses incurred while the delivery was being completed. At this time, we don't see that receipts have been submitted for your Shipment Protection Plan reimbursement. This particular shipment was an international booking (UK to US), and international shipments have a significantly higher cost than domestic shipments for a few key reasons such as they travel by air, and the price includes all customs fees and taxes tied to transporting unaccompanied baggage across borders. It's important to note our pricing is all-inclusive of these costs, whereas some other providers may bill you separately after you've already shipped. I'd also point out that our domestic rates are quite competitive, typically 30-50% less than booking directly through the major carriers, depending on service level (Ground vs. Express), and our ground rates are often comparable to simply checking a bag through an airline.
