The Next Day Air shipment was scheduled for collection on Thursday, July 23rd, with delivery expected Friday, July 24th. Unfortunately, a delay occurred on July 24th, revising delivery by one business day to Monday, July 27th. While Saturday delivery is available in some areas, the destination in this case was a remote location unable to receive Saturday deliveries. A situation like this is by no means typical, and we sincerely apologize for the impact it had on your trip and golf plans. Given the circumstances, your outbound shipping costs have been refunded in full to the original payment method, along with an additional reimbursement of $200 in rental and other qualifying golf expenses incurred while waiting for the bag to arrive. We understand this isn't the experience you were hoping for, nor the reason Ship Sticks was chosen.
