Worst courier service in Nigeria

Worst courier service in Nigeria. They charge illegal custom charges. The Nigerian Custom duties are for items above $50. These guys charge on anything and everything....even if it's $1. It's upsetting to shop at asos.com because of skynet.

I don’t think they even deserve 1 star

I don’t think they even deserve 1 star, they r the worst! They update the shipments online as out for delivery but they actually going to delivery it after few days!! How can we trust a company that gives wrong shipment updates! Is it to make us think that everything is going on plan and no one will complain if they they do that! When I called the call center they told me yah ur shipment will be delayed !!! Anyways I wish they will be amazing like Aramex! Aramex are professionals and they give accurate online updates.

Never want to have any transaction with them again!!

I had the rudest delivery guy from skynet. I wasn't able to answer his call since I was showering but called right back up when I saw his missed calls. He then called again after a couple minute and told me he's already in the address, he was yelling and told me to hurry, he hang up on me before I even say a word. I hurried in the front gate and as I was about to take the package from inside the vehicle he threw it right in front of me😳 was shocked and told him why are you mad? And told him I would report him to his company...what shocked me is his answer. Okay go, you need my name?? 😵 I just hurried back inside the house as he continued to talk back. What a shame!

Good CS in my experience, bad shipping service.

After getting in touch with skynet, I was finally able to have my package shipped and track it. It hasn’t arrived yet but I’m pleased with their response time and courtesy and the fact that once I’d reached out to them, things got resolved. Now that the package is moving, it’s making a stop every couple blocks and is taking a very long time. Three stops in a 15 minute radius, if they kept it moving it’d been here. It’s frustrating to see it stop after a few minutes of driving to sit in a hub for hours then to be scanned out to roll two blocks down to another hub. I’m 12 hours away. Bring it here! If they didn’t need to scan it into three hubs through Ontario then it would be here tomorrow. I’m not sure if there are more stops for it to make but since it looks like they stop at every tim Hortons, I’d expect it later next week. Can’t wait to see the condition. I was quoted 2-4 days. I ordered 25 days ago. Finally showed up on may 29th. Everything was good and in order. The box was falling apart but it saw a long journey.

The worst shipping experience evero

The worst shipping experience ever! I ordered a package from the UK, it arrived with no problems whatsoever, and arrived at their hub in Richmond BC. They emailed stating I can self clear to avoid paying brokerage fees which was nice of them. I requested the documents and emailed them asking to figure a day I can come to their warehouse to come and pick my parcel in person. This is where the annoyance begins. No emails were ever sent back to me to state when I can ce pick up my package. No phone calls, no letters, nothing! When you try calling their phone lines no one answers! You can try emailing them and the odd moment someone actually responds, you can expect the conversation to end just at that! They’ll never respond to any follow up questions or inquires you have! It’s almost as if they just toss out your initial inquiry and forget about ever following up with you or answering any other questions. The most annoying part is that even after self declaring and paying my duties with CBSA, they keep emailing and calling me to pay duties and the broker fee! Absolutely insane! If you buy anything overseas, if you can, please request to ship with a different courier service! This is the worst experience I had, and I have still yet to acquire my package.

The Skynet branch in Kedah is good, my parcel is safely delivered within 3 days during PKP. They are really efficient and I‘m satisfied, thank you!

Please Canadians DONT order from…

Please Canadians DONT order from Missguided. I ordered a 150$ package and paid 8$ shipping and Skynet (the company they use) refused to release my package without me paying 50$ extra. Now 2 months later they keep sending me emails asking me to pay 50$ saying they have my package even though I haven’t ordered a new package through them(and never will!) It’s a scam, order from Fashionova, better quality and no custom fees!

Only gave one star because the option…

Only gave one star because the option to give 0 stars does not exist. Skynet was given the responsibility to deliver my package when it was flagged for duty and taxes coming into Canada (from the uk). I immediately paid the fee which they have since lost record of receiving. 18 days later I receive another email demanding payment again. Tried phoning their help line. The lines were either closed or no one answer with no option to leave a message. I do not see myself ordering anything from a company that uses Skynet as a courier service.

Order clothes from Missguided

Order clothes from Missguided, and paid shipping online total $70. But Skynet still charges $30 for duty and HANDLING fee. no idea why it is so EXPENSIVE, next time avoid it!

Never call

Never call , never deliver to my house, has been more than 4 times i have to self aware to call in and pick up my parcel at their office , which located at chan sow lin , plus the front desk women was rude and not helpful. Please improve has the CEO even read this review and feedback , and why is other company continue to use this piece of S!%t courier company.

If got zero star, I will give skynet zero rating. Worst carrier service in Malaysia. This is the reason giving by skynet for unsuccessful delivery : 1. OFFICE CLOSED. DELIVERY WILL BE RE-ATTEMPTED- XXX skyneet is home address. 2. UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY AFTER 2 ATTEMPTS. AWAITING INSTRUCTIONS- XXX skynet, during MCO, I at home all the times and no one from skynet calling about the delivery. This had happen more 5 times different delivery.

I ordered clothes from the website Missguided, never order from there if you are Canadian. They use Skynet, which is a scam. 86$ spent on the clothes +8$ shipping + 45$ from Skynet ! When I order from the shop Fashionova the shipping is free and no hidden fees from Skynet

Worst Management you'll ever dealt with, parcel left hanging at custom processing for 8 days and still counting . Unapologetic customer service attitude when comes to issue solving, unprofessional and much of a nuisance delivery process you will ever encounter.

Great fast international deliveries within 3 days

I have received international deliveries from skynet a few time here in the uk and i have had no problem whatsoever. Quickest international deliveries reveived from pakistan in 3 days. Great service i would highly recommend.

UK Skynet Experience - Pretty great

It's weird seeing all the negative reviews considering my own experience, but I guess the service must vary by country. I missed my initial delivery - at work, signature needed, the usual. A card was left by the courier with Skynet worldwide on one side, Deltec on the other (crossed out in pen). Small alarm bells set off here, but they proved unfounded. I called the LOCAL number, got through to a friendly, helpful contact centre agent in small amount of minutes. It's near impossible to speak to a human at most courier services, so this alone was amazing. I explained that it wasn't likely I'd be in for a delivery at home, so they agreed to redirect to my workplace. Admittedly, I work in the same general postcode area as my home address so others mileage may vary. Arrived today at work, courier was a good dude. All round, I'm very happy.

Excellent customer service

contacted skynet twice about a delivery and both times were very helpful and informative. Also phoned me back to let me know they had been in contact with Yodel as parcel showing as delivered but had noe received it
