I’m amazed at these awful reviews

I’m amazed at these awful reviews. I ordered my shoes through Amazon as I wanted quick delivery & they arrived the next day! Packaged in drawstring bag and in cardboard box & in padded bag. They fit perfectly as I followed their size guide chart. I’m very pleased with them.

Not comfortable. Poor customer service

Delivery was slow. Product not as described. Not fit your be called a special fit to prevent foot pain. Even though I ordered half size bigger the boots are too small. Definitely not good fit for painful feet. Emailed customer service, no reply after 2 days.

Pleasantly surprised

After ordering I read the reviews (wrong order of course). Sadly the reviews weren't very favourable so I had little confidence. However I have been very surprised by the speed of delivery (just over 2 weeks) and the sandals were as described. They fit nicely and I am super happy. Thank you

Customer support team really helpful

I had to return some shoes because they weren't wide enough for my grandmother and the customer support team were really helpful and let me return the shoes free of charge. They were very apologetic, maybe even too much! The shoes themselves were exactly as pictured and arrived within a week.

I have bought frequently from Stunahome and when I recently had a problem with incorrect size being sent, I approached them via PayPal and they immediately sorted out the problem agreeing to pay back the return postage into my PayPal account.

I bought these shoes because they looked good and were a reasonable price but then I read all the reviews and was worried the shoes I bought would be no good. Well the shoes arrived today (only 13 days after ordering) and there is nothing at all wrong with them the size is perfect and they are a perfect fit, they are also extremely comfortable to wear and a very nice style. I will defiantly be buying some more of these and I would highly recommend Stunahome to all my friends

I received my trainers today and I am very disappointed with the packaging and trainers.

I received my trainers today and the packing was terrible, the trainers were just in a plastic bag that had a tear in it and if it had got any bigger the trainers would have fallen out. The trainers themselves were tight fitting so I wish i'd had gone for a larger size. One of the heel pads on the left trainer is a sharp piece of metal which if I wanted to wear the trainers, I would have to cut the heal pad to take it out. Reading other reviews I can see it's a bit of a faff to return trainers but I paid good money for them so I will have to return them to get a refund. I am very disappointed with this product.

Do look at the sizing, refunds not an option

Do look at the sizing, the shoes come up very small. I’m normally a 4.5; as they advertise free returns I ordered a 5 and a 6 to try on. They arrived about 2 weeks later, showing a Tottenham address, but clearly from China ( as are financial transactions). The size 6 just fit, as they are open toed- so I intended to return the size 5’s. Following the returns link on stunahome, and sending pictures as instructed, you get an automated reply from “Soofancy” about the difficulties of returns and an offer of 50% refund to keep the shoes or give them away. I replied that I wanted to return the shoes for a full refund. I was offered 70% refund which I decided to take as I could see that returns were not an option. To be fair, the refund was in my bank within 24 hours of accepting this offer. Just be aware of what you are ordering, these are not vionic shoes at a discount.

Don't believe all you read

I have ordered 2 pairs of sandals from Stunahome. They looked exactly what I was looking for, comfortable and yet not too geeky. I then read a number of reviews about this company which made me very nervous but the deal was done. However, the sandals arrived today - roughly 2 weeks after order. They are perfect - very comfortable, good quality and the right size. After all the terrible reviews I was very apprehensive. The sandals are not expensive - so I wasn't expecting Superb quality - but if they last the year I'll be very happy. But the quality is good and I've been wearing them most of today, comfort level hasn't dropped and given I recently had terrible blisters from another pair of sandals - I'm delighted! So please don't be too put off - obviously I'm not returning anything, so I can't speak about the return policy. Certainly, I can not complain about the product or the delivery.

Boots arrived squashed!

The suede boots were nice, but they arrived very squashed! I had to stuff them with newspaper and try to smooth out all the deep creases in the suede :( Thankfully they look just about wearable now after being stuffed with paper, but they do have creases from the damage of postage, so they don't look brand new.

Poor Quality

Ordered two pairs of boots before I read reviews. Have now received them. Certainly not as attractive as on photo. I ordered a size 7 and generally boots have a bit more room, these are a tight fit, I don’t think I can even wear with socks. The soles are quite narrow for boots. The fabric looks fairly cheap. Fortunately I only paid half price but will not buy from this company again.

Fabulously comfortable

Fab, yes the trainer is plastic but they are so comfy and affordable. They have been supportive to my foot and it feels springy which means when I walk over stones I don't feel the stone through the sole. They came quickly too.

Cheap nasty nothing like pics on website

Ordered 3 pairs of footwear 2 pairs of trainers and a pair of sandals it took 2 weeks to get to me When I opened the items only 1 pair actually look like the original order 1 pair of trainers I wore for 45 mins and the inside seemed to collapse under my heel very cheap made and DO NOT LOOK like the picture on the stunahome website they're very cheap nasty trainers THE SANDALS are nothing like the pictures I expected them to be but I've worn a couple of times, will wear till worn out and put in bin The third pair OK

The sandals I ordered came ok but were not what I expected. The width was far smaller than I expected with this company dealing with people who have problems with their feet. When I asked to have a returns label they said my choices were to keep them and get 50% refund or free returns and exchanges. I replied saying I wanted a full refund and they have not replied. I would never recommend that anyone uses this company being untrustworthy.

I too like Christine was very worried about my order with Stunahome after seeing so many negative reviews. The reason that I had looked at the reviews was because my shoes hadn't been shipped within the stated time. I emailed to ask the reason and was happy with the prompt reply. I was dreading the arrival of the shoes but all was fine. They are a true size and are very comfy. They came wrapped in tissue and in their own dust bag.

Good quality shoes exactly has describes

I was worried after placing an order with stunahome before noticing the terrible reviews. However I have to say that my experience with stuna home was very positive. The order did take a few days to arrive, but they are exactly as described, well made and a good fit. They arrived packaged nicely and even received 2 spare pairs of insoles. Would not hesitate to order from this company in the future.

i ordered 2 pairs of shoes but realised later that they were the wrong size. i cancelled my order and received a reply the same day stating my money would be refunded.within 2 days my money was back in my account.this is a lot quicker than most companies do it. so i have no complaints at all

My experience

I placed an order yesterday and after reading comments on this forum I cancelled. I received an email confirming my refund this morning and just waiting for confirmation from the bank.
