The trainers arrived and they are just what I want. They are very light and comfortable. Perfect for summer. Just took a while for them to be delivered. Will definitely buy again from this company.

I ordered before reading these comments and when I did I was a bit worried , however the shoes came today , I ordered 14 days ago , they are in perfect condition , perfect fitting ( some people said they come small) they even have 2 spare insoles with them , I will be buying from this company again

I bought a pair of boots last year

I bought a pair of boots last year, they were brilliant and so warm and comfy. 6months later I ordered another pair,they were too small. About 2 sizes too small. I wanted to return but they said keep the boots and gave me 30% discount. So I am now stuck with a pair of boots that don't fit. I was really disappointed they didn't fit as the other ones were great.

I accidentally bought the wrong size so they sent me a size 41 so I had the size I meant to order but they still don't fit I am trying to send them back and get a refund but they keep offering me 20% or 40 of or another size I already have two pairs that don't fit why would I try another size would prefer a refund they have also told me to damage them why would you damage two brand new pairs of trainers that's stupid

Stunahome operates from China. No returns. I purchased 3 pairs of orthotic sandals from Stunahome.com using my Paypal Account. 1. Wedge Orthopaedic Sandals in deep blue £24.99. 2. Wedge Orthopaedic Sandals in black £24.99. 3. Womens Orthotic sandals - foot pain relief- black £19.99. When they arrived, the sandals did look exactly the same as the photos on the website. In reality the uppers looked very cheap pvc or faux leather. The soles on the sandals were very lightweight. They were not orthoapedic sandals as we understand them to be in the UK. I have plantar faciitis so I needed the arch support and these sandals did not have a shaped sole with arch support. I looked up the seller's contact email on my Paypal account and wrote 5 x e-mails over a 2 week period asking to return the sandals, saying why and asking for a refund. I now know the reason I received no reply was that it was an incorrect email address that the company had given to Paypal for customers to contact the company. The correct address to contact this company if you want to return the shoes is to contact support at name of company dot com. I requested a refund via Paypal, asking for their support. Within a couple of days I received a reply from the company, asking me to send photos of the shoes so they could check they were from them and to give them the reason for wanting a refund. The next email offered me first a 20% refund & to keep the shoes or to give them to charity. Their next reply offered me 30% refund, & then a 3rd reply offering me a refund of £33.13GBP which I think is a 60% refund. I continued to hold for a full refund. Finally in the 4th reply, Stunahome agreed to refund me in full, but before they would return the money, they asked me to destroy the sandals so they couldn't be worn & asked me to send them photos of the destroyed sandals. I did as asked. Sent the proof to them. The following day, Stunahome commenced my full refund via Paypal. I am annoyed at myself for not checking their website properly and realising it operates from China. That is my fault. What I should have noticed was that there is no address on their website from where they operate, nor a phone number, nor a returns address. The lack of address for returns or company address (have to legally be included on websites selling in the UK) should have alerted me. Since the experience, I opened their website, then clicked on the top line of the screen: VIEW - DEVELOPER - SOURCE which opens the coding for the website. I looked for Chinese characters in the computer coding and saw quite a few on the first page. What a shame I did not check this source coding before ordering. I do not believe I would have got a refund without the support of Paypal behind me.

Perfect fit

I ordered 2 pairs of leather ankle boots. They came efficiently, fit perfectly, feel and look great. I know there are a lot of negative reviews for stunahome but my experience was only positive

Average quality products - cost effective purchase

I know the products come from China but certainly feel I got what I paid for. I ordered three pairs of shoes - one of which I had had before. They are fine for £20 a pair on average (far better than two pairs I bought for the same price from Temu for a wedding earlier this year). I don't know what people's expectations are but the quality is better than the low end market in the UK e.g. Shoezone. I wouldn't trust the 'orthopedic' statements but as someone who suffers with hip issues, I have found the shoes I have purchased comfortable to walk in. There is no communication following purchase, which is an issue but I am happy that I got what I wanted and paid for.

Beware

Further to some conversation they offered to send me the right size . I would up the star of satisfaction . let's say it is not simple . Beware. I ordered a pair of shoes that were on offer. According to the add description they were in leather . They are not ! Then as I selected the size it jumped back to a tiny size . as I clicked rightly I did not realised the change and purchase a small size . It arrived in time . I notice the size was wrong and wanted to change them . I am now in a discussion . They are offering. 20% vouchers but my money may not be returned and I dont seem to be able to return the shoes either . So be careful .

I took the bet ...

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Then, i saw the reviews... I was worried but, I kept my order. I received the first pair very quickly. It is not very good quality but it was as expected and very comfortable. After a while I finally received the second pair. I must say that I ve been informed all along of the tracking of these shoes... which is positive. The shoes are not the colour I ve ordered, the cut is not very good, it seems the person who made them was trying to copy the picture... not so good but can be used !! I won't order again even if it wasn't too much of a disaster !

Bought a pair a of brown…

Bought a pair a of brown walking/trainers firstly the shoes only just fit, I've always worn size 7 for the last nearly 50 years, chinese shoe sizes are a bit on the small size, allow one size bigger if you do buy. Secondly they purport to be leather, they definitely are not. Quote from there description: "Guaranteed comfort! Try Leather Arch Support & Non-Slip breathable Shoes risk free and see for yourself why Leather Arch Support & Non-Slip breathable Shoes is regarded by millions as the most comfortable shoes. Walk comfortably and pain free." Also bought a pair of waterproof trainers, feeling the quality especially the soles I'm not expecting either pair to last a year, I did not realise they were from China so beware they cheaper because they ARE cheap.

As you would expect for £35 sandals

I placed an order and then read the reviews and was worried. However my sandals have arrived and they fulfil the expectations of a £35 pair of sandals. They are a simple pair of Velcro fastened sandals, fit my wide feet and are so lightweight I hardly know they are on my feet, so pleasantly surprised. I had to email to get tracking information so communication is pretty poor but I would consider ordering from them again.

Good value sturdy shoes

I have ordered two pairs of shoes for my mother. They are special shoes that completely open up to allow her foot to go in and then are closed using Velcro fastenings. Yes they take quite a while to arrive! However they are sturdy shoes and good value. They are the only shoes that my mother is able to wear and I would recommend them!

Takes a while for the package to come? But overall I found the shoes well made and at a good price so overall I’m happy with my purchase

Refund

I have ordered from them. Next day I got an apology email from them as they don't have the sizes what I ordered but they have refunded fully my money in 1 one day. Thank you

Nice fit....

The orthopedic sneakers arrived 15days after ordered. First impressions of them are they look exactly like the picture, they are comfortable with cushioning inside and ankle support.Hopefully they will support my ankle after an injury. I ordered my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly, hoping they are long lasting. After reading other reviews I was alittle concerned what would arrive but so far happy with my purchase.

Omg the shoes turned up and look like they were made by sticking material to foam. They are definitely not orthopaedic shoes, they are cheap SHEIN shoes for 3 times the price. Avoid at all costs. I have given two stars as they gave me half of my money back as a gesture for the poor quality

GOOD EXPERIENCE

I placed an order on 3rd of May without looking at the reviews. When I eventually did I was a bit disappointed but thought I’d be positive. I received my order yesterday in perfect condition. They emailed me to confirm my order and I could track it along the delivery process. I am delighted with my trainers and they are really comfortable. I really can’t give anything negative about my experience. Hope everyone has better luck next time.

I received some orthopaedic boots…

I received some orthopaedic boots ordered a six and a half when they arrived it was obvious they were the wrong size way too small but they didn’t have a size on them. I have e mailed stunahome several times for a refund eventually they sent a returns label still waiting for a refund since early April . This company is a rip off do not use them p
