I have to be honest before I complain, these ladies, support, soft, adjustable sandals do fit well and look "sporty" enough to not look like orthopaedic shoes, which is great. However, don't wear them in the house if you have carpet or hard floor, the soles are so slippery it's like wearing ice skates..lethal, especially if you already have mobility issues! Also, the finish is not brilliant, (they arrived squashed into a bag with poorly finished sewing), and the hook part of the velcro fastening around the ankle is exposed and is constantly catching on clothing, would be much better if the softer half of the velcro was in this position and also maybe the same colour as the shoe as the white on beige makes them look cheap and tacky. One last thing..don't be fooled, as I was, this is not a UK company, they are based in China and it took ages for the sandals to arrive.

Feels like walking in the air
After I placed my order I spotted all the negative reviews so obviously I was very worried about what was going to be in my delivery.... it came about 10 days after I placed the order... I was very pleasantly surprised.. my orthopaedic trainers were very comfortable and the size I wanted .. personally I think that they are very good value for the money.. so much so that I've just ordered another pair but a different colour so fingers crossed I will have another successful delivery.... ..... I'm now editing this review.... My 2nd pair have arrived today ... Another successful delivery.. exactly what I ordered

Not orthopaedic quality ... Returns Unsatisfactory
I have a Trimalleollar ankle fracture and excitedly awaited delivery of these shoes. The description of orthopaedic boot seemed perfect. laces do not undo so cannot get foot into boot and they have no support and are of poor quality in relation to description.... hugely disappointed . Currently trying to get a refund but no reply to my request for a return label. No paperwork in delivery package.

Very comfy trainers!
I bought a pair of trainers online without seeing any of the reviews, and then found all the negative comments. I panicked as I needed orthopaedic trainers after a recent foot operation and decided they probably wouldn't arrive. About 10 days after I had ordered them, my trainers arrived! I was pleasantly surprised and, after trying them on - very happy! I have big feet as I'm tall and ordered my normal size , they fit like a glove. They are so comfy, even on my tender post op foot!

Bought a pair of orthopaedic trainers for my sister as she has bad ankles and knees and can honestly say I was kept up to date via emails about despatch and delivery! My sister is very happy with them and they do as advertised!

Had no trouble
I ordered 2 pairs of trainers from this website & was concerned when reading these reviews. But I must admit, had no problems at all. After 2 days, received an email from them to notify us the size was out of stock for one of the pairs, & would I like to re-order another, so I replied enquiring about another pair, & next day received another email from them apologising all larger sizes were out of stock. I replied the next morning & told them if possible would like a refund, & by that afternoon the full amount was paid back into our account, & then next day the other pair of trainers turned up, it took 5 days to deliver & for the price of the trainers, they were ok. I must have caught them on a good day.

I was sent the wrong shoes size I have…
Following on from the message below I finally received a reply ! They sent me the wrong size shoes ! So beware if the shoes you order don’t fit you wont be able to return them . Their refund policy is not correct - not for me anyway . *Dear customer, Thank you for your reply! We are sorry to bring you an imperfect shopping experience. As a sincere apology,we are willing to provide a refund of 30% of the amount of this pair of shoes as compensation. You can do many things: (1) Keep the product; (2) Give it as a gift to your friends; (3) Use this money to place new orders. Is this OK? Looking forward to your reply. Not the best communicaton
I ordered two pair of ladies winter boots, which should both have been 4.5 uk size. I was not aware that the items were coming from China, when I realised that they were coming from China, I cancelled my order on the same day 23rd February and I sent 3 emails to tell Stunahome that I wished to have a full refund of £45.97 I have now received the refund, but I still believe that Stunahome need to improve their communication ie responding to emails. I will not use them again unless they sort their customer service out. J Bawden.

I ordered some trainers and I must say I am really pleased with them! I contacted customer service after placing my order as I realised I had ordered the wrong size. The next day I received a response to say they would send out the correct size for me. Delivery took about 10 days. The trainers are lovely and comfortable, so much so that I’ve just been online and ordered another pair in a different style 😊 Note: On both occasions I did order a size smaller than my usual size, just because of the style of the trainers, and the fact that I’m 50 and my feet appear to be getting a bit smaller!

Very disappointed
Im pretty disappointed as I feel ive been ripped off, I expected far better looking boots for the price. Dont buy from this company, save your money and buy elsewhere, the boots i bought looked cheap and only worth a tenner not 30 odd pound. The boot has no firmness in the design, even the front is soft it creases easily. I wouldnt recommend to a friend, I wont buy from this store again.
Carried out what they promised
Further to my earlier review when I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from Stunahome - I have had a response offering me two options - a partial refund and keep the shoes or returning and being sent a smaller pair. Although I want a smaller pair, I opted for the partial refund, because of my experience with them. I have inserted inner soles and heel grips which have done the job. Not the ideal solution. I told the company I would write a review after I received the refund and they have put the money in my bank account. Because of that, I will now say they are a proper trading business but need to improve their customer service if they want to grow their customer base.
