After clicking confirm order by mistake, paying by PayPal, I read reviews and assumed I would never get my money back. Nevertheless I emailed them and received reply saying would get full refund in 3 days, followed by another email following day confirming this. Money never left “pending “ and all correct by last night. So going on my experience…lovely customer service and swift to act on their promises.

I feel I must write my review, as I had read so many bad ones. I had stupidly already placed my order without reading the reviews, and then panicked at what I had done after reading all the bad reviews. I can say I have received my trainers in just
over a week, after placing the order,
and they are great. I wore them to the
gym, and help to give support to my

I ordered shoes from Stunahome and subsequently cancelled the order before they had dispatched the goods. The communication with them was via email and their response was excellent. They acknowledged my cancelled order and returned the money to me within 3 days. I can only comment on them as being very efficient.

I ordered some shoes but when I saw that the order was coming from china despite having pictures of European people in the adds I was worried I’d mage a mistake, I therefore checked the reviews. I class myself as lucky as they were not good and I quickly check the refund policy which said that if you ordered within 24 hrs and email them they will cancel the order and refund your money within 7 days. I emailed on Sunday and got a reply in the early hours on Monday saying that the order was cancelled and that if I had paid by PayPal the money would be refunded in 3 days, I did pay using PayPal . I’ve received another email today saying that they have refunded. Lesson learned, always check reviewed before ordering off the internet. I’ve given it a 3 star because I received the refund quickly, I do not know what the quality of the shoes would have been like though.

I had a bad feeling when my order confirmation was in chinese. I then read the reviews. I immediately contacted them and said if the took money from my account my bank would investigate as I had confirmed reports they were a scam company. They answered immediately and confirmed a refund would be sent. After another threat of bank investigation of fraud, the money was returned immediately. So thankyou to all of you who previously reviewed and reported this. I feel very fortunate.

I was worried after reading these reviews, didn’t realise I was ordering from China but a week later the package arrived, a nice pair of shoes in a drawstring bag and 3 pairs of insoles included ( different thicknesses) and the shoes fitted perfectly and seem very good quality.

I purchased a pair of trainers that claimed to be good for plantar fasciitis.They were no better than a cheap £5.00 pair , poor quality and no cushion relief in the heel of the shoe as claimed.
Sometimes you have to learn the hard way and you get sucker punched by misleading descriptions..
Please do not make the same mistake , absolutely not worth investing in.

Like most people I didn’t read the reviews before making an order. I did manage to get a full refund so I thought I’d share how.
Both the boots I ordered needed to be returned. I emailed them asking for a returns note. They replied offering me a 30% refund, and options to either keep the shoes, gift them or use the refund to buy more shoes.
I replied to each point separately and reiterated I was asking for a full refund not partial.
They then offered me a 50% refund and to donate the shoes to charity. After reading the reviews I didn’t have much hope for a full refund, so I asked for 70% refund and mentioned that they imply on their website the returns policy is simple. I feel like I had been mis sold the goods and if I had known it was going to be so complicated I wouldn’t have ordered.
I was then offered a full refund if I destroyed the boots and sent them photos as evidence. It seemed extremely wasteful to do this, but again it was money I didn’t want to lose.
The only reason I’ve given 2 stars and not 1 is because of Celia in CS. I don’t know if the emails are just templates sent out to everyone, however I got replies on the same day I emailed and I was contacting them over Xmas.

Ordered a pair of boots in the Black Friday sale after reading very positive reviews on one search engine. I was a little worried when my PayPal receipt listed China, then I inadvertently deleted the email with my order number on so I had no way of tracking my boots. I then found another search engine site advising people to stay away from this company and I started to worry. Yesterday my boots arrived, they look great, feel very warm and comfortable and I need a puddle so I can check for waterproofness. Even if they aren't 100% water resistant I wish I'd ordered another pair in black for work.

I had believed this was a UK company (which I had googled for) and all the marketing shows western models ,etc but products clearly made and shipped from China. Long delivery times. Shoes arrived poorly packaged in soft bag which meant the heels and sides had been squashed in. Whilst clearly leather one shoe tended to bag at sides and was not a good fit. Not cheap to buy. Will not use this company again. They also have a poor record of sorting out problems and giving a full refund.

I ordered these walking shoes as they seemed to be everything i needed, I have wide feet and bunions. After reading the bad reviews i waited in fear of their delivery expecting the worse. Well i can honestly say they fit me perfectly and ideal for my feet and their problems. They are comfy, warm, wide fitting and true to size in my opinion. They took 11 days to arrive which is pretty good from China to the UK. My only one little gripe, was a weird smell which has now disappeared after a few hours in the fresh air. Im sorry for everyone of the bad reviews ive read, but for me i love them..

I ordered before I read the reviews and was ready to put the sandals straight in the bin. How wrong I was. These are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever had. I wore them everyday since they arrived and have now, reluctantly, packed them away for Winter. I would have given them 5 stars but dropped one because they took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
