Panama hats
Their product description is inaccurate, they claim their products tone replica of original merchandise however their products are made with very cheap materials i.e. they claim that their hats are made with palm.
It is an absolute scam
It is an absolute scam. Their products look nothing like what they send you. Worst quality conceivable. You are better off just burning your money literaly. I am litteraly throwing away what they sent me directly to the trash can.

Horrible products and horrible customer service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. I ordered 2 different hats and they sent me 2 of the same hat and offered me a $10 refund instead of sending me the actual hat I ordered. And the quality of the hat is pretty much like a Halloween costume...
I purchased 4 hats from this company
I purchased 4 hats from this company. After a few weeks, I finally received one skinny rectangular box (from China) containing the four hats. Once I opened the perfect box to take the hats out, the four hats all got damaged. Each hat’s edge was curved differently and it looks very stupid. I wonder why this company can’t deliver the hat in the right size box, but instead they used a smaller box and tried to push the hat(s) in? And to apology for their purpose mistake, they put in the box for me two junk presents (as if I needed these badly!!!), a pair of sun glasses and a fake LV wallet; why can’t they do the right thing by their consumer(s) and other manufacturers? I will never buy anything from this company, and I will never recommend this company to anyone. Don’t believe you get “genuine hats from Ecuador” with this company!

Echoing what others are saying here: I bought a Western hat that looked great online plus I took advantage of their special pricing on 2 hats (their choice of style). The Western hat only looked a little like their advertised model and is at least one size too small, so I can't wear it. The two hats are the peaky boys style and appear to be made well but they're both too small! Might fit a boy but not me. I'd specified the hat size, of course, that I needed. I contacted them and, like others here, they wouldn't refund my money and suggested I make gifts of the hats that wouldn't fit! Wouldn't pay for return shipping and wouldn't replace the hats. Advised me against returning them due to the cost and slow speed of packages back to China. This whole incident cost me $81.57 for 3 hats I can't wear.

I ordered a cowboy style hat which when received was far too big despite staying my hat size. In addition the material was poor quality and the packaging was bad so the hat was out of shape when received. I emailed to ask for a return address and a refund over 2 weeks ago but have received no reply despite sending reminders every couple of days.
Two too small
I ordered 2 fedora style hats from them. Got 2 hats way too long and both were not what I ordered. Both were too small and wrong color. Offered a $10 refund on one and haven't heard what they will offer on second one. Both cost me over $60 each. Got a pair of cheap sunglasses with each.... whooptedoo!

Need a good exchange policy
My initial hat purchased was too small and was hoping for an exchange, which was not available. But I was given a $10 refund. With the repurchase of the larger size hat it is costing way more than the sale price. Hope the repurchase hat fits to avoid having to remedy this. All to say a good exchange policy would be helpful.

I ordered a Cambridge All Weather Ivy…
I ordered a Cambridge All Weather Ivy Cap (a flat cap or driver's hat or touring hat) from Tiendahat that I saw advertised on Facebook. Hat was mailed from NJ, with no invoice, no enclosure with instructions to return if unsatisfactory. Apparently manufactured overseas, distributed here. They sent the wrong style, wrong size, then refused to refund or exchange, told me to give it to a friend. I mailed it back a month ago, with no response.
