False advertising

I ordered a "100% wool felt" hat (Desert Rat style), but instead I received a cheap polyester hat, stiff and foldy like cardboard. It's a different shape than the hat pictured in the ad, and it has the unmistakable chintzy glossiness of polyester velour. It's just a costume hat like you would buy from a novelty cart at a parade. Useless.

Ripoff big time

Took 2 months for the hat to show up. Was the wrong color the wrong size and not the brand name that they said they would be shipping. Look nothing like the picture or the style. It was a cheap knockoff that looks like you bought it at one of those Halloween stores. Never buy anything from this company. They offered me $10 when I complained but I filed a grievance with PayPal and they immediately gave me a full refund. Beware of this company they are not who they say they are they are cheap knockoff Chinese company. Using brand names to get your money.

Don’t buy from here… I brought 4 hats which cost me over $150 and what I received was the poorest quality of hats that I ever seen. When I sent them back , I had to pay $45 and they never received the hats so they got sent back and I’m not wasting more money to try to send back.. everytime I tried to contact or talk to these people it was the run around… I will never order an unknown name brand again.

I DIDNT READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED!!!!! What you see is NOT what you get. I am now caught in a ridiculous backwards and forwards trying to get a full refund, every item was of such poor quality and damaged in transit. No hat box. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and before I could action a claim I see they already have a message that reads...Dear customer, I am sorry to bring you a bad shopping experience this time, also please do not rise to PayPal intervention first, so clearly.. they are used to a high number of complaints and no doubt play the numbers game to prey on those that don't push for a refund. Thank god Paypal have my back, TIENDAHAT IS NOT WORTH A CENT!

Finalmente en el mes de Abril, después de reclamarlo 1.000 veces, me dicen que ya ha sido entregado y que pregunte a mis vecinos. A mi no me han entregado nada. Han sido denunciados por mi parte, por estafa. I ordered my hat on January 18, they were writing to me every week, saying that they had not received the raw material and that they were totally artisans, hence the delay. Finally in the month of April, after claiming it 1,000 times, they tell me that it has already been delivered and to ask my neighbors. They have not given me anything. They have been denounced by me, for fraud.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. My partner bought a hat for his daughter's wedding approximately about two months ago. Chased it up with emails and it eventually arrived today. Absolutely nothing like the advert photo. Very cheap material, wrong colour, different style. Looks and feels like a dressing up hat from W#SH and the same quality. Considering it was supposed to be made in USA, the return address is China. Oh but can't return for a refund due to COVID restrictions. Utter sham.

Still.Awaitind Delivery…

Still in constant contact with this company having not received the hat l ordered on 16th March. The hat is on its way l am told after two arrival dates came and went. The tracking was written in Chinese.l queried this as the advert says the hats are handmade in.USA and Italy. The company have now told me their factories are in.Asia. l have asked them to quantify why their advert seems to contradict this. I await a response.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. The hats they sent were inferior and looked nothing like the ones on their website. One was damaged and both were the wrong size. There was also no manufacturers label so obviously counterfeit. After a few back and forth emails I escalated the problem to PayPal. I had a full refund in 24 hours. Obviously I wasn’t the first to complain. This is why I always use PayPal. It’s like shipping insurance.

Warning- avoid this scam

Warning- avoid this scam! After a month and a half of delays and emails claiming they are "not liars" and they need "more production time" they finally sent me a poor quality hat that doesn't look anything like what I had ordered. It is very poorly made, and resembles the type of hat that would come with a costume. I have since discovered that they steal photos from legitimate hat maker sites and act as if they are selling the same products. They are not selling the same products. I wish I had researched them before doing business with them. They don't even deserve a one star rating. If there had been a zero star rating I would use that.

Still Waiting

Ordered a hat on 16thMarch 2023 when promised 15 day delivery failed to.materialise l emailed company. They replied saying they were 'not liars' and hat would arrive within three weeks plus 'air drying time'. After three weeks, still no hat, so contacted again, hat promised in a week with accompanying note that is was still being made and they were not scammers as they had replied to my email!!! I asked for tracking details and what l was sent was in Chinese...in their advert they say the hats are hand made in Italy and USA, l have queried why the tracking info.is in Chinese. It is now7th May and hat was ordered on 16th March.....l am still waiting!!!!! Wish l hadn't ordered the hat now!

This company is a huge scam

This company is a huge scam I ordered 3 red bottoms All 3 looks like a 2 year old made them And one is bright orange They are not wool like they advertised they are made of foam They actually stated that I did not reach out to them and tried to collect the charges I just spent 2 hours with my bank Oh yeah because of their Covid policy once you take it out of the box there are no returns but they have a return in any item policy Mind you my hats came in a “Shoe Box”
