Ordered two hats of the same size. One fit well, the other was way too large. Emailed and got no response. NOT worth the hype.

Tiendahat appears to be from Ecuador and suggest you get handmade Panama hats. Behind the online facade is Yaoke Technology, apparently a scam from China. The hat I bought last week is much smaller than measured, very poor quality and certainly not an Original Panama hat. Stay away or rik your money like me.
Buyer beware!, Basically a scam product
I thought i was ordering from a UK company.. after purchasing had been completed the product shipping came through and even paying extra for "fast shipping"... was still taking almost a month as was coming from China... so it turned up late for the event i wanted it for. Also when the product did turn up it was a cheap material that you can literally get from the market for a 5er... no way to return or get money back either. do not use this company or associated ones either.

Website advertises that it's products are produced in the USA. I wasn't aware that this wasn't the case until they shipped the product, and it stated the country of origin was China. The product arrived and was a cheap costume quality knock-off and not worth the money they're charging for it. Thank goodness I purchased using PayPal.
Horrible, fake, counterfeit product
Recieved "pressed" plastic hats that were not even the ones ordered. Horrible product. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Same hats you get at the Party Store for $8.00. Good thing I used Paypal and got a full refund.They would not give me a refund. Offered 15% off of my full order ($95).

Awful quality and customer service
Awful quality and customer service. I put a formal complaint through PayPal and escalated it. I got a 100% refund of the purchase including shipment. Would recommend you do this if you paid via PayPal.
Total Rubbish
The hat I received was absolute garbage. It was advertised as a panama hat woven fro straw in Ecuador, what I recived was a cheap paper imitation made in China. I advise everyone not to buy from these scammers.

Same issue as everyone else. Took ages to arrive and then nothing like the hat in the photo. Also they lie saying it is a Sergio Anzani Western Desert Top when what arrived was a cheap costume shop piece of garbage wrong size, will never wear it. I wrote to confirm beforehand and they did reply saying the hat was genuine. No shop. Made in China. Singaporean company. Don’t waste your money. I wish I had found these reviews beforehand.

Scammers. RUN! Don't be a chump! I bought an XXL hat. Received a XXXXSmall hat. Tienda hat said, "We'll give you a $10 refund and you can keep the hat". Total BS!!! These conmen should be in jail!!!!
Last Hats I’ll order from these folks
I ordered 2 hats from this vendor in late April. Finally received them today, on June 9th. 1 straw Panama hat and a top hat. Brims on both hats were 11” wide. Hats were shipped one inside the other in a box 7” wide, no padding or separation in or around the hats. No one with any regard for hats or customers ships hats in this fashion. The Panama hat looks like one that’s been abused in a thrift store for a number of months. Western Desert Top Hat I received is the same basic shape as the one pictured on their site, but that’s where the resemblance ends. It doesn’t not reflect the shape, treatment or feel of the one advertised. Stay away from the vendor.

The order took 2 months to deliver and when I Received the hat it wasn’t the same as the one pictured on their website. The hat band which pretty much makes the hat, wasn’t even close.

Horrible quality
Horrible quality. It absolutely looks nothing like the pictures they provide and the reviews on their website are fake. I bought a Clint Eastwood poncho and hat from them and it's the cheapest quality ever, and nothing like they describe. Their merchandise comes from Hong Kong, and yet they claim to be from Texas. Yeah right.

Absolute garbage quality. I ordered a hat they put in in a tiny box way to small for the hat so it came misshapen. The straw is cheap as can be, and they will not honor the return policy. Please avoid these clowns. Don't buy anything from them you'll be sorry
STAY AWAY
Over two months still not received. They sent me a tracking # that was created the day after I placed the order that still says "parcel info received" which means they have not received it yet. I am done, getting a refund through PP.
