We want our members to get the most value out of their coverage plan, which is why we offer a per-condition for the lifetime of that condition deductible. That way, our members don't have to pay the same deductible year over year for the same issue, which can be especially helpful for chronic or ongoing conditions. With our per condition lifetime deductible, should your pet have any new conditions that arise, we can assist with covering the direct treatment, such as diagnostic testing, treatments, surgeries, hospitalizations, medical supplies and medications, with unlimited payouts. Eligible treatment will chip away at your deductible for that condition, and once satisfied, you will receive coverage for this condition for the rest of your pet’s life.
