Bought their homelander costume and the high quality definitely stands up to the cost, would recommend. Slight delay when using express delivery but this was rectified when contacting customer service, who were excellent throughout the process and are very responsive to my emails. I will definitely buy from this company in the future! Thanks again!

Took a chance
Boots came exactly as pictured. I was a little worried but took the chance and am really glad I did. I will definitely look to buy from Unibuy again. Shipping took the estimated time with no issues and the boots were packaged well. I was also worried size would be too small but they fit super well.

Catwoman costume (Michelle Pfeiffer )
I ordered the Catwoman costume. The quality was ok, certainly not great as my whip came broken. The costume feels cheap, and the corset didn't come with long enough lacing, as it seems they used shoestring instead of corset lacing. The corset is far below my expectations, I didn't expect it to be a super high quality corset, as it's for a costume, but the corset is constantly warping and has no boning. The gloves have massive hands and tiny forearms, as well as the costume itself being much longer than the size chart said. I payed $137 for the costume and honestly I feel ripped off. For the quality I got, I would max have payed $60, instead of paying double like I did. Other than the actual costume, customer service is really good so I can't rate it too low.

BND Suit review
I ordered the BND suit (Spider-Man Costume Cosplay Suit Peter Parker Upgrade Ver. Unibuyplus), and it’s honestly pretty good. A few draw backs, like the fingers weren’t quite long enough so the stitch where my thumb and index finger meet ripped ,but that’s an easy fix. The other issue is the zipper, it’s not like most suits so it’s impossible for one person to get it on themselves. But once it is on it is super cool looking and very breathable. I recommend for the a buyer to give the exact measures of your foot, I told them just to go with my shoe size not realizing how thin the boot part is, so there’s too much extra room in my boot, entirely my fault though. Lastly to Unibuy, I think it would be super beneficial for you guys to take exact measurements of customers on suits of this quality. This suit is very high quality so I believe it will be loved so much more if you make it entirely special to your customers! Thank you guys for the quick delivery and the amazing suit! ❤️
Fantastic Costumes
The costume that I ordered arrived well packaged and on time as promised. The quality & material used is extremely great. I am not going to lie I thought the costume was never going to be delivered but they kept me updated by email and it got delivered very quick. I really have no complaints and definitely will be ordering costumes for other events or Halloween. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for quality cosplay costumes to order from this company.
Good but sizing was off
What made the experience great was the communication and how helpful everyone was I didn’t like that the costume ran a little big but it’s really no problem I can’t fix myself other than that if you’re thinking of getting the invincible costume as a girl it fits pretty good but also mind if you’re short it will run big I think other than that they were very helpful and I will be buying from here more often
Upgraded Spider-Man suit
I got the Upgraded Spider-Man suit and it’s perfect! It’s like straight out of the movie. Very high quality, no complaints. Came just in time for a Halloween party and I’m very happy. Notes : You will need help zipping up and down. Definitely measure yourself and use the sizing chart, I usually wear men’s large and I had to get a medium suit. It’s is a perfect fit. Got it in 10 business days with express shipping. I recommend buying a protective cup in advance gentlemen. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 product. Will be buying from here again.
Tracking is terrible | Suit never arrived...
17 track is an absolute joke, they don't give nearly enough information. Very vague and discrete. SCAMM like. "In transit" UHHH hello I need to know where my package is. What warehouse it is either going to or coming from. Then it takes DAYS almost WEEKS to update?! The tracking had stopped on the 18th of this month, after the package had "transited" to my City. Then never got anything not even an update. When I contacted customer service, they were also no help, as SF is located in CHINA and doesn't know English UnibuyPlus' customer service is also very vauge and just told me "Wait for your package it's in transit" I asked them what that meant and they didn't say just told me to "wait"

We did provide a complete and valid tracking number, and the tracking updates were normal until the package arrived in the destination city. Unfortunately, the carrier has not updated any further scan since then. We have already contacted the shipping company multiple times and will continue to push for an urgent update.
