Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the extremely helpful staff and responsive customer service team for consistently resolving inquiries quickly, politely, and very professionally. Consumers also deeply appreciate the smooth user experience and efficient assistance provided with everyday payroll tasks and official documentation needs.
Though some reviewers were not happy with the overall service, mentioning severely delayed responses, unresponsiveness, and frustrating communication issues regarding payroll or system access. A few people also felt that the online platform was unnecessarily restrictive and that support members occasionally struggled to provide clear resolutions for urgent problems.
They've unlawfully held my employees' salaries at least 3 times since we've been with them.
I'm not sure why they have such high reviews because we're always holding our breath with this company as EOR.
As a business we remit our payment in advance and rely on them to pay our employees as agreed, but they don't.
They also require advance deposits for health care and have failed to refund or credit our account for health insurance deposits paid for an employee that was terminated over a year ago.
Additionally, our CSM gives us the run around for simple questions where we're expecting them to be the expert in local laws and we end up having to inform them instead of the other way around.
My employees rely on their salaries and this company has let them down multiple times. Unfortunately, this would not be the company to put your trust in for such a critical function.
Pearl was incredibly helpful and supportive with my payment issue. She was quick, professional, and made the whole process smooth. Really appreciate her assistance!
Every single support question gets escalated to another team, no matter how simple. This results in a slow and painful experience.
I’m new, how many holiday days are remaining this year? “Sorry, I need to speak to another team about that and get back to you.”
Why I have I not been paid and not been told about it? “Sorry, I need to speak to another team about that and get back to you.”
It appears as though support employees receive no training, as they cannot provide answers themselves. I can’t believe all the other reviews describing the support team as knowledgeable, I have found them polite but not useful.
If I had the opportunity to stop being employed through Multiplier I would take it.
I gave a 3 as the set up for the HMO digital should have been set up during the first week of the employees without us having to make a follow up to Multiplier
My company recently transitioned to being employed through Multiplier, and the experience has been outstanding. The process of signing the contract and completing all the necessary paperwork was incredibly smooth, quick, and hassle-free.
I also had the chance to interact with their support team on a couple of occasions, and I was impressed. Their support is handled by real people, not automated bots that fail to address your concerns. A special mention goes to Rohini, who responded to my query promptly and went the extra mile to consult her team. She got back to me with an accurate answer in under a couple of hours.
Having such excellent support makes a world of difference, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of Multiplier’s team.
I’ve been reviewing the contract and feel there’s room for improvement. For instance, it doesn’t address pension, redundancy or compensation for contract termination. Additionally, there seems to be a conflict with company policies, while the contract states we can only work abroad for a maximum of one month, the company policy allows working from anywhere as long as we comply with the legal regulations of each country.
this should be 5 stars, I have to give each workday schedule where you guys are admins and should have access to view each of the employee's correct workday schedules.
There are always delays whenever I get my salary. They don't send it on time. I always have to reach out to someone in order for them to send me my monthly salary.
To top it all off, they have the audacity to email me this:
"Kindly leave a 5-star review and PLEASE mention my name, SHERWIN, in the title or body with 2 or more sentences, it would be greatly appreciated.
When reviewing, please remember that you are NOT affiliated with Multiplier and that you are TYPING the words, so that the review will be posted and will not be rejected.

How desperate are they for a 5-star review?? And how unprofessional
Multiplier is my employer of record. Ceejhay / Christopher should receive a 5 out of 5 rating for his one-day turnaround time. He was helpful and quick in addressing a PH tax concern of mine.
But I am giving the Multiplier product 4 out of 5. If the product managers and designers had done a comprehensive job, I wouldn’t have had to waste time contacting support. Why isn’t there a tax page in the Multiplier app, where you can see a list of all the tax forms Multiplier can provide, per country?
Do I have to manually ask for a Form 2316 every year from CS? An agent would be able to see my personally identifiable info just like that, on a regular basis? Why isn’t this delivered directly and privately to the user like the payslips?
Honestly, I don't even know how this company exists. I have never had such a bad experience with any company in the world. I am simply trying to onboard. They keep warning me that if I don't complete it soon, I won't be paid, but they won't create a login for me so I can't! Nine emails now, demanding I complete the process, but every time I ask for a login, they say 'apologies and noted'. I really don't understand how they even function as a company. The live chat is useless. When I express my concerns, they say, 'I will help you.' When I ask what they will do to help, they never respond.
