VideoProc: One of the Best and Free Video Editor and Converter!
Hi, Good Day!
I am Kenny John C. Grustan, a Senior High School Teacher form Madrid national High School, Madrid, Surigao del Sur, Philippines.
I've just learned this software from Danny Black! He is such a great Content Creator and he already earns another subscriber. So, I just downloaded and tried every feature of the VideoProc editor to edit lecture and demonstration videos for my class and here are my thoughts about it!
1. It's Totally free and lightweight
2. It is very User-friendly, even a beginner or non experienced person can edit videos from it on the go
3. It is compatible with both Windows and Mac, and even my low spec windows laptop can run and edit videos from it without any hassle.
4. The windows of the editor are properly organized and somehow similar to the iMovie or final cut of apple which is very intuitive
5. There are advanced features included even in a free software such as chroma keying, keyframing, effects, title presets, zooming features and built in transitions which for me is AWESOME!
6. It can render videos quickly with no errors unlike other video editing softwares
7. It allows me to express my creativity by editing tutorial videos for my class because everything is very easy to learn and available at no cost!
8. Also the theme of the software is eye-friendly. I love the Dark theme with golden yellow accents, it's so cool!
And that would be all for my reviews about it, I will try to explore more from it, and hopefully I will be able to make a bunch of tutorial videos for my class in electrical Installation and Maintenance Senior High TVL Track. thank you Danny Black and Digiarty Software for the opportunity! More power and Godbless!

We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-Star review. We're here for you anytime
I bought a French video series which I could not get to work at all. Putting it through WinX DVD Ripper Platinum was almost the simplest IT task I have ever had: and one that was totally, but totally successful. It really does seem to do 'what it says on the tin'.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your rating with us.
What a fantastic program VideoProc Converter is i've been using it for a good few years now and it converts many different video formats as well as audio files too
It also is able to download certain videos and audio files from some websites too. In My Opinion it is a very useful program for all your multimedia converting's
VideoProc has helped me, and my family, to legally make perfect digital backups of all of our DVD and Blu-ray discs. It has also helped with other projects such as converting our collection of personal VHS (and Beta) tapes to DVD and Blu-ray. It has been a true life saver since all of our tapes are of family members who are no longer with us and we have been able to share the new DVDs and Blu-rays with the rest of our family to keep memories alive.
Excellent and fast service! A «bug» was preventing me from updating VideoProc to the latest version, so I contacted the support team and under 12 hours I had a response with a link to upgrade and correct the problem. Very satisfied! Thanks !
I couldn't download any videos from YouTube and converted to the MP3 I reached out to see if you could resolve the matter and so happening someone named Shirley stepped in to investigate the matter and I was happy to say she did that very politely and I didn't feel ignored or looked over the response was very quick I was surprised and I just want to say thank you again Shirley and this is a thumbs up to you in the company that you were for to have someone proficient team member and I really appreciate it thank you again for your help I really appreciate it
great and easy-to-use tools, plus great support.
I have been using their videoproc and itis a nice all-in-one capturing, converting, and simple editing solution.
Especially, the workflow is super reliable through setting target to capture, and convert encodings. I have used many different tools, but I always had a problem with the difficulty of making proper settings, but videoproc is really good at letting me to find proper settings.
Didn't work on my computer after I bought the license for some reason, I have no idea why. But it was incredibly easy to cancel. Online subscription services are notorious for making it a huge hassle to cancel, but not these guys. 1 email was all it took, and they cut the charges and fully refunded me. And for that, I give them 4 stars.
I experienced a problem after an update which the support team fixed within a couple of days. I have never known so swift a resolution which involved a software fix. Well done team!
I had a DVD that would not convert to MP4, I contacted Support and within two Emails (One day) back and forth the problem was solved.
Great Support, Great Product !!!!!!
*post company response, -2 stars and review updated
Their “30-day Money Back Guarantee” is false advertising. If the program doesn’t work they will give you a refund, that’s it. I did a test run on their limited trial before buying and the product seemed to work. After purchasing the full product it turns out it’s a terrible program when it comes to converting shows/series.
After struggling to get it to generate an mp4 with the shows in order I gave up and emailed for a refund and the response is: “We'll hold the 30-day money back guarantee if our products cannot normally work with error or bug and we cannot solve it within an acceptable period of time or provide a temporary solution.“
After submitting a 2 star trustpilot review I got this from videoproc:
“We have submitted your refund request to our manager.
Would you please kindly remove the below review from [trustpilot link to my review]?”
after updating my review and giving them 3 stars I got this email:
“ Dear customer,
Please kindly edit it to a 4 or 5 star review or just remove it.
Thanks in advance.”
I told them in harsher words that I would not give them more them 3 stars. A couple weeks after that email I still have not received the refund…
I would rather lose 35$ and keep this negative review to hopefully help other people out there to avoid this unethical company.
If you don’t believe me for some reason please read other negative reviews/posts. In addition to my issues you’ll discover videoproc’s interpretation of a product licenses, in short you get one install on one computer period. So careful uninstalling and don’t bother installing on a different computer.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry our service did not meet your expectations. We’ll strive to do better.
I've used the program for a long time and love it and the support. However, I recently tried to install it on a different computer. I've had unbelievable experiences with responses which don't make sense which feel like retaliation for me challenging what they said. How do I get to have the exchanges reviewed and done helpfully?
This is the worst company and i lost my money
They block my licence because i use VPN connection and the IP addresses were different
If u wanna buy something to convert the video try to find a better one
I bought VideoProc a few months ago. I had to reinstall macOS Big Sur to remove Monterey Beta, and the code didn't work anymore. I messaged them and they said the code has been used the max amount of times, even though I used it on ONE computer. They would not reset it and offered me a discount to buy it again (good joke). This is the worst company I have ever come across.
Hello Sohail,
Our support team replied your message on July 13th and August 6th. Maybe our replies went into your spam box? Can you please check? Moreover, please add [email protected] to white list so you won't miss any replies.

The software randomly drops the lifetime full licence code and defaults to the trial mode. The software is buggy. Worse, the lifetime full licence code can only be registered limited times and then it is voided. You will need to buy another licence code through no fault of the enduser. There is no guarantee that another lifetime full licence code will not be voided. In other words, the enduser is held to ransom. The lifetime full licence is a consumer trap.
