Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the software is exceptionally versatile, fast, and reliable to use for converting videos and managing multimedia projects. People also appreciate the outstanding support team, which consistently provides quick, helpful, and effective solutions whenever assistance is requested.
Some reviewers were not happy with occasional software bugs and unexpected downloading failures experienced during daily use. Users noted that certain video processing tasks occasionally hung or stopped working properly, requiring extra troubleshooting steps to resolve. Consumers pointed out that these technical hurdles required patience while waiting for updates or fixes from the team.
Very useful program to manage videos made with mobile phones and other devices. It has some nice and useful effects. I had some video editing program, too old to be useful and this solved some problems for me.
I don't give 5 stars for a small problem after the installation. The program converts movies using only the CPU and not the video card because the drivers were not updated.
I had to write to the support to solve the problem.
They were very fast and very efficient, so I would say everything is fine..... but if the program had advised me to update the drivers instead of showing me the possibility to use the GPU unless I don't do it without giving a reason it would have been better.
So.... a little more diagnostics would perhaps have been useful without bothering me with support.
I had a problem with my VideoProc. Adam replied to my request for help. However, I had resolved it myself.Grateful for his prompt response though. Thank Adam. Brian
Is this a scam?? I bought the program and it isn't working on my computer. They have. I phone number for customer service and I have wasted almost two weeks back and forth via email. Their help desk continues to avoid my question regarding calling instead of emailing to make it more efficient. Feels like a scam.
The software seemingly worked in its trial version. Once purchased, the deshake function did not work on any videos. Error logs, hardware logs and general logs sent to these people together with the video has not resulted in any solutions. Waiting for them to confirm a refund is being processed via their "30 day guarantee" altho they balk at returning your money. I would avoid this product and this company.
Warning Don't Get Caught!!
I recently searched the internet for a Video editing program I could use to manufacture short videos of my Drone Flights.
I looked through the advertising material to get an understanding of VideoProc. All looked good as the Main Page has the buttons to add Videos and also Music.
All good so I went straight to the purchase of the Pro Version.
After lots of emails backwards and forwards, to the provider, they inform me that the program will not and cannot add Music.
For the money asked for the Pro Version and as assessed against their opposition this appears to be a very much outdated program.
Your choice, but please be warned....
Lifetime Full Licence appears to be for single version, not software
Purchased a Lifetime Full Licence and downloaded Version 3.0.
I now need to download Version 3.5 to use the software, and to do that must purchase another Lifetime Full Licence.
I only recently purchased this program.
The version I have is Version 3.4 (2019101401).
So far I have only used the "Convert & Backup DVD" section. As this is the main reason I bought the program.
I HAVE NOT TESTED THE OTHER OPTIONS.
Currently I use an old version of DVDRemaster (8.0.3). It correctly identifies the files on, and converts, most DVDs.
It does have faults though. For example it:
1) fails with DIsney Encrypted DVDs.
2) has trouble with subtitles (misspelt words etc).
3) saves in m4v not mp4.
4) is not 64 bit.
I have tried using VideoProc with several of my store bought DVDs that I have backed up to hard drive with ripit. Files are saved as .dvdmedia.
The program treated .dvdmedia files as a file (not a dvd backup) and refused to allow it to be loaded until the .dvdmedia suffix was removed. Once this was done the backup loaded into VideoProc.
This is where the main problems are.
It constantly mistakenly identifies the disk type and the files on the disk.
It thinks most of my disks are Disney encrypted (they are not).
It also seems to refuse to find the different episodes on TV Series DVDs and Special features etc.
These problems needs to be fixed asap.
I have not yet tested the subtitles.
It also needs to be able to treat .dvdmedia files as DVD backups and not as a single file that it cannot read.
I wanted that this program to solve my problems with DVDRemaster, but it didn't. I will continue using DVDRemaster for now. I hope these problems will be fixed in future versions as the program shows a lot of promise.
At the moment I think it may be more suited to DVDs that have only 1 video on them. If the problems I have identified above are corrected it will greatly improve its' quality and ease of use.
