I have ordered twice from this company. Everything is delivered in a timely manner! This was a concern for me because I have ordered from other out of country companies and have had months go by before I’ve received my package. There was a delay this past holiday season BUT it was The carrier that couldn’t find my package. watchwithsun’s customer service was very responsive and worked with me to get my order delivered asap. This wasn’t something they had to do but I’m grateful for their service. They are very personable. Their products are as lovely as they appear in the website and they even have a few surprises with the delivery.
I hesitate purchasing from overseas and some countries have a very bad reputation with timely deliveries , product quality and customer service BUT that is not the case with this company. Watchwithsun is a gem. I will be ordering from them again! I’m estimating my deliveries took about 2 weeks, give or take . Very reasonable considering , in my opinion.

I don't really wear watches, but I saw a Pinterest ad for this one day, and I was gobsmacked by the most beautiful watch I had ever seen! Loved it. Had to have it.
Coming from China, I was a bit skeptical at first because returns wouldn't be very easy if it came damaged, you know? The price was very reasonable, and I decided to risk it.
The watch came in with an adorable hand written note "stay shining!" (omg thank you). Felt like I was being pampered.
But to my dismay, the watch had a slight defect, and the second hand stopped working sometimes. I immediately reached out and asked if they knew how I could fix it (I was sure they wouldn't be able to help), but they were so nice and sent me another watch straight away! TOP NOTCH customer service! And the most lovely watch I've ever seen.
Do I really need more watches? No, but they have a loyal customer now that they've delivered on a gorgeous product for a great price with amazing customer service. 10/10!

There are so many beautiful options. The packaging has perfect. Included a handwritten note, a tool for adjusting the size, a cloth and a little bag to keep the watch in.
It was my first time buying a watch from Watchwithsun and it was a really great experience. I was kept up to date with all the shipping and my watch was exactly as it was in the picture, I love it so much! It took a bit longer than expected to deliver my package, but other than that everything is good.
Update: I’ve had the watch for a few weeks now and one of the gemstones already fell off :(
Update 2: I indeed got a quick reaction from the customer service and they helped me out and came up with a good solution.

Just to clarify, your order was placed on June 7, shipped on June 9, and delivered on June 20—within our standard shipping time of around 7–14 days.
