Do not believe what the Faye agents tell you
Bought a policy for family vacation. Had an airline delay which caused us to miss the first days tours we had scheduled. Called Faye and spoke with an agent who told me that it did not matter the delay timeframe that we had a loss on the trip and that the cost of the tour would be refunded. Waited 2 months and supplied 39 documents only to be told that because the delay was not 6 hours the clam would not be covered.

everything about the trip went…
everything about the trip went according to plan, except the train schedule. We left Jasper 5 hours late and it got leter through the trip. Even the last night on ther train was a disaster, as a broken rail made a mess out of the schedule. We were given the option of going by bus to Toronto, (2 hour wait for the bus to arrive from Toronto, and 2 hours back to Toronto). We arrived tn Tor. at 1AM - too late to do anything

While I didn’t need the help at the time, a Faye rep contacted me when my outbound flight to London was cancelled. I was pleasantly surprised! I definitely felt like a valued customer.

Like having a personal concierge in your pocket
I didn’t use the app to its fullest and wish I had. It offers so much like a personal concierge. I was traveling with 3 other people and one who had organized all of our excursions wasn’t comfortable with me loading information into Faye app. What I especially enjoyed was the eSIM option. Two of the traveling buddies were quite impressed with the smooth application. The other part that I enjoyed was being able to upload and store all of my critical information. Passport, medical information, and prescriptions, and my credit cards. It was also a comfort to know. Should there be a claim I could contact them directly from the app. I didn’t have to hunt for information. Should I have needed it. Fortunately, I did not need it. I will definitely recommend this app and use it whenever possible.

They understood my needs. They knew exactly what I was looking for in a vacation. My travel agent was on top of everything regarding my trip. I never had to worry about anything. Service was impeccable. If I had a question, her responses always came quickly with correct answers. Would defiantly use again.

I had complete confidence that I was covered for any emergency. I did not feel that if there were any concerns I would be left to fend for myself. This was a comfort to me and helped me feel relaxed.
