I was a little dubious having read some of the reviews but it was exactly as described. The photos were clear and central. The tracking for the item was a little hit and miss but that’s not the suppliers fault and it arrived in good time (plenty of time for Christmas). So far, no complaints.

Cheap and disappointing. Waited 3 weeks to get the National Parks map I had personalized and when I received it, it was a very thin piece of plywood type wood that looks very unfinished. The pins for the parks are smaller than a tack. The personalization is too tiny to read and I’m completely embarrassed to give this as a gift. I paid $40 dollars for something that looks like it came from the Dollar Tree.

Purchased a product with a promised delivery of 5-15 days. It is currently 25 days later and I have not received the product. Customer service is providing me no information on my purchase.
Edit: After reading other reviews, my experience seems on par for this company. I expect similar resistance on the refund I requested for the product I never received.
Second edit: never received the product I paid for. Contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund and was offered $5 back (off a $50 order). I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a complaint through the BBB, both actions labeling this company as fraudulent or a scam. I never even got the $5 back that they offered.

wrong item was sent, and even that item was faulty.
refund was refused unless i paid for return shipping which i couldn't afford.
they finally agreed a 70% refund (not including the original shipping cost).
the fault was all theirs and yet i was left out of pocket with the wrong item that even itself is useless as it is faulty. would never buy from again.

Product was ordered with light. Product did not arrive with light. The time it took to communicate with seller regarding the issue resulted in the product becoming unnecessary. Resolution was a 70% refund for an incorrect product not needed. Waste of money.

I had for my birthday and love it , so I got them for Christmas gifts this year.
Hot drinks stay hot for hours and cold ones with ice stay cold even longer.
I must admit that my 10 year wedding anniversary was sort of tough. It's hard to get someone something as a gift when they have just about everything.
This blanket option was something that was super cute, yet super thoughtful. It allowed me to handpick the pictures I love about her, download them to my phone and simply add them to the blanket. The process was really simple. It took me less than 10 minutes to do everything.
She was sitting beside me as I designed her blanket and she didn't even know that I was doing something for her.
The billing and shipping process was simple. It took about a week to arrive. I was honestly expecting 2 to 3 weeks because it's a custom blanket. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it much sooner.
The quality of the blanket is excellent. It's so soft on your skin. I had no issues so there was no need to contact customer service.
Overall my experience with this company is extremely favorable. Based on how easy this process was for me, I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
This is probably the easiest 5 Star review I've ever had to write....
