Item took several weeks to arrive because it was shipped back due to China due to being an 'abnormal' load. However the seller was very helpful and able to redirect my parcel to a new address. The quality of some of the pictures weren't great (a bit blurry) and some weren't framed or positioned well. My understanding was that I would see a mock example of the item to correct things like this before it was shipped, but I didn't. The quality of the plastic star and diamonds weren't great either - they had lots of scratches on. So up close the product looks a bit tacky but from afar it looks very nice lit up.

It still said error and then reflected that there were two orders pending. I understand that the cursive can sometimes make a word look different, but this is clearly spelled incorrectly. When comparing it to the photo on the website there is a clear distinction between the p and r. I am very unhappy with my order.

The #1 for my order isn’t flat it looks as though they packaged wet. I also am not impressed with the gold coloring. I should have got silver as it is more bronze then gold. The delivery time took over a month to receive as well.
