Thank you for this great review. Sometimes if a glass door is not perfectly level, a door will swing one way or another when not closed and secured. It's not always easy to install a door perfectly level, but this could be what you need to fix that small problem.

I’m sorry for the frustration this caused and understand why this situation was disappointing, especially given installer scheduling and the guidance you believed you were given at the time of purchase. Our return policy does require unused items to be returned within 30 days of delivery, and while we weren’t able to make an exception outside of that window, we regret that expectations were not aligned and that follow-up regarding the damaged item did not happen as it should have. There is a lot of unknowns regarding this review. The original purchase and install was from 2024. Per our notes, you told us you were replacing a vented Monessen log set. I do not see where Monessen sells replacement stand alone b-vent log sets. You replaced this with a high quality log set, but then told our technical team that you did not properly install the damper clamp which is made to keep the damper fully open. We regret the outcome, but from the start, installation instructions were not followed which is why your request for a return was denied.
