Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Active buyers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the fireplace products, noting that everything looks realistic, functions properly, and fits their home spaces perfectly. Many people emphasize the remarkably fast shipping times and mention that staff members are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and friendly when assisting with custom orders. However, some customers also noted that heavy items occasionally arrived damaged or with missing essential components during transit. These reviewers expressed deep frustration regarding unhelpful customer support responses, rigid return policies, and unexpected difficulties when trying to obtain prompt replacements quickly.

Thank you, Jim. Five stars means a lot to us and we were glad to serve you.
Mark, thank you for the chance to help. Our service team is busy this time of year, but our promise is to help everyone that calls and contacts us. Thank you for your patience.

A fireplace door takes a little doing on the customers part as well. Great job picking the right door and getting the installation done. Woodland Direct appreciates the chance to help you along the way.
Thank you for this honest and valuable feedback. We regret the product came less than perfect but also are glad to hear your recognized and appreciated the high quality of your new wood rack. We'd love to hear from you when you are ready for another purchase.
Thank you for this feedback and a chance to see where we can get better. We do our best to provide high quality products at competitive prices which includes free delivery with liftgate service. Our delivery and freight details are available on our site and our team is always ready to help with questions by phone.
Hello and thank you, Sarah. Thank you for visiting Woodland Direct.
Thank you for taking the time to give such a detailed account of the experience you had when you called Woodland Direct. We are thrilled to have made the entire process enjoyable. Congratulation on your new log set and we hope you'll enjoy it for years to come.
Wow....that ash caddy served you well. Thank you for sharing this and for honoring Woodland Direct with your business when it came time for a replacement.
This is a great news, Kacey. Thank your for sharing your experience along with a 5 star rating. We appreciate you.
That is great news, Laura, Great job getting it done and thank you for including Woodland Direct in your project.
We were glad to have you come back and regret that you were disappointed in what came to you. If a product is less than perfect our team is able to help and we would have been glad to do so. Thank you for your feedback.
Jon, thank you for a 5 star review and we hope you got in touch with our team regarding the missing log. We appreciate you and the chance to help.
Thank you. We were more than happy to help.
Thank you for this feedback. Despite being a rugged bar stock grate, the first impression you had of the product should have been better. We appreciate you letting us know how we can get better.
