Unfortunately my hotel (Banks in Antwerp)has decided to renovate, but only gave me a few weeks notice,part of their email tells me how excited they are to be upgrading, which is no help to me as I've had to rebook a hotel at a higher price

Agoda was a burst of excitement followed by instant disappointment. the prices just aren’t competitive, and the moment you finally find a room you love, the system pulls a dramatic twist: suddenly it’s “not available” at checkout. You’re then pushed toward a more expensive option, turning a simple booking into an explosive mix of frustration and upselling. The platform works, but the experience feels unreliable, overpriced, and theatrically inconvenient.
