i bough pro version to copy my ssd to another ssd. when i came back the program was stopted at 51 and for some reason all my files are corupted. Great program 50 dollars to start from nothing agan

When we are trying to restore a specific backup file on a different device it comes with the following error "Element or image file not found".

When we are trying to restore a specific backup file on a different device it comes with the following error "Element or image file not found". I have tried on different PC as well still the same error. We just need to recover a specific day backup only and it is not working. We don't have the first full backup but have all incremental backups. Can you please help to fix it.

The Best BACKUPPER and RESTORE by AOMEI

This is the best free edition that I have used. The paid version would be great. It works very good with incremental and differential backups. I'm restoring backups to my new U59 mini computer Windows 11 pro from my old Windows 10 pro and it has worked great so far. I recommend AOMEI BACKUPPER.

Data restored on a new computer

Used AOMEI Backupper for some time. After a hard disk and motherboard crash all files were quickly restored on a new computer!

i backup 812 GB and tried restoring

i backup 812 GB and tried restoring , it restored complete 812 GB. I also use EaseUS software free edition and backup/restored but this EaseUS failed to restore all data , it just restored 600 GB and failed to restore 212 GB of data

I tried to download the free software

I tried to download the free software. Predictably, the instructions would not let me continue without opting for one of their pre-paid packages. I was desperate at this point because my hard drive was ready to go and I needed to clone it ASAP. I bit the bullet and paid the $48.71, figuring it was cheap insurance to ensure the job gets done. The cloning failed to work and I was forced to use an alternate means. When I tried to get my money refunded by checking the AOMEI website, there was nothing that I could see regarding a resolution dispute. DO NOT USE this company. Their support system is seriously lacking and they obviously don not stand by their product..

Freeware masking as Adware

Freeware masking as Adware. Do not look to this product to assist you. It will prompt and bombard you with pop ups and notifications until you either uninstall or purchase a lisence.

Don't use unless you want to brick your PC

I used their software on my dad's PC. I had to convert a dynamic disk to a simple disk, otherwise I couldn't clone this disk. So I tried to do it with their partition software that my dad bought. It told me "this will take a few seconds and then you're PC is going to restart". Well it sure did that, but after that I got a blue screen of death because their software either corrupted or deleted the boot section of the drive so there was no way to boot it up anymore. Recovery/repair options etc didn't even work anymore, no matter what I tried. I contacted their customer service and they send me a link to a file to use to load from a usb stick, but that one also couldn't solve it. Then I spent 1.5 hours chatting with a microsoft employee who made me try multiple things but just absolutely nothing worked. The only things that was left to do was to reinstall Windows and all programs and settings which took me at least an entire day of my life. Next to that all the data on my dad's PC, that I actually tried to safeguard by making a disk clone was lost. Got no apology from them either about it. So better don't ever use this software unless you are fully ready to lose access to your disk and all files completely. Also very suspicious all these short 5 star reviews for them from 'people' who have only written one review on this website so far; especially next to the significant amount of one star reviews with explanations it seems pretty shady to me.

Easy to use product but service is not like what they advertise

I was having problems with cloning one of my drives. I dont think this is really the software's fault and i would have the same problem with diffrent cloning software. But AOMEI could have definatly made it easier to find the solution for my problem. The first solution i found involved their paid partitian managing software, and after having just purchased the cloning software and it really felt like i was being lured in to pay 100 euro's because if you pay 50 euro's you still have nothing. It felt like i was being scammed. AOMEI was also advertising 24/7 support. Which really made me think there would be a way of getting an answer instantly (either by live chat or by calling). But the only way to contact AOMEI was by mailing them (and they still havent responded to me after half a day, so you still dont have a quick answer). This also felt very misleading. My conclusion is that AOMEI has a reltavely simple product that works. But AOMEI doesnt make it very easy to find a solution and the service is not like what they are advertising for

Don't NOT BUY!

Don't NOT BUY!. I'll be honest, NO it doesn't give you any virus of any sort, the real issue is performance. Everything I used this program cause I either need space for my games or clients content that I work with. I have to DELETE EVERYTHING AND LOSE ALL MY FILES as the final results with the application! How? Is it mostly the programs failures and crashing on me. I had a disk space (G) n it's 1 tb with only one thing onto it. I wanted to just have nothing up there. It took 3 hrs to wipe and and actually didn't do anything but put my hard drive into limbo. What do I mean by limbo? My (g) is into my original full space (c) therefore I can't use (G) has a" hard drive " I can not mount it to my pc. (C) is "full" even when I have. Also remember how one disk sits in the other I can't even reboot my drive from its files. I have to do everything as if I had WANTED to do this long process. I've made boot media's with the program. It doesnt not create a useable media that work. I am getting vibes like the company is going down hill and can't hire people to upgrade it

Good software

Good software. I have the free version. The backup, and the restore were perfectly successful.
