Hi Nicholas, We understand there may have been some frustration and confusion with the billing agreement. Each payment allow you access to the entire suite of membership features for a set period of time (either one week or four weeks). A weekly live session is available to you to use, as well as the ability to enroll in several Classes, Group Sessions, and other wellness tools. If your therapist's availability doesn't work with your schedule, our Member Success team can help to provide a membership extension to help allow you to book a makeup session.
