BPV 9900 pro Exactly after 18 months of normal use the phone has turn really Black! Disputing against the military standards or rugged specs of this phone is futile, the phone shown since the beginning problems with the GPS that has been really unpleasant loosing positions and getting kind off grid even in a slow speed hiking app! As this problem was affecting one of the most important device made for the toughest use after few month it made to restart itself while on charge. One morning the phone was BLACK VIEW. Beware of the warranty that is nowhere, the cost of the phone was 450 $ so not the cheapest one, Johanna ( customers care Black View) replied : " Is out of warranty, the warranty covers 1 year and not the hidden defects!!!"

I am owner of Blackview BV6600 Pro. 2 stars because of big battery and Flir camera. Otherwise bad quality phone - unstable OS, had connection problems all the time (WiFi, mobile data and worst part is Bluetooth). Somehow managed to get mobile data working, WiFi is unstable. Bluetooth sucks on Android phones but on Blackview I had worst Bluetooth experience - disconnects all the time. Sometimes works fine but most of the time - total nightmare.
My Blackberry from 2014 works MUCH better. Only Blackberry is a bit outdated.
I want to do another reset ( did reset like 10 times ) with full wipeout and start phone with fresh ROM. BUT THERE'S NO ROM ON THE OFFICIAL BLACKVIEW PAGE. Are you serious?
Did like 10 times connection ( WiFi, mobile data and Bluetooth ) reset and still Bluetooth and Wifi sucks.

I bought a Blackview Tab6 tablet which developed a fault with the SIM card. I contacted customer services and received fast and helpful responses. I have been very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Blackview products.

Worst phones ever and company is ignorant and 0 care. My boyfriend purchased a phone from their shop on ebay. It's cheap so we did not expect much, but after two months Charging port just stopped working out of nowhere. It does not charge simply that's it. If you keep it on charging cable it shows it's charging but battery level is not increasing and if you disconnect , battery wents dead. We used multiple chargers but it was a fault in phone. Contacted them via ebay, they chose to ignore us, the warranty of the phone is 1 year, they responded once offering 10£ discount which will not buy a new phone. We did not agree and asked to take phone back under warranty and fix it, send new one or refund. They chose to ignore us, we sent multiple messages and emails. 00000 customer care and warranty does not exist as it says.after experience I decided to read reviews and can see that a lot of customers had same issue with their phone charging thing. Crap and waste of money. I could give 0 stars instead
Utter crap I am on my third blackview and I would give them one star at the most. My first BV9800 was good. The second was a smaller phone that crapped out in 6 months that was hard to use.
I then got a BV9800pro that was crap from day one. The touchscreen stops working all the time. I have read so many bad reviews about this phone now that I have never bagged anything out before but this crap phone. It does my head in stopping and having to open and close the phone. I am going to smash it into the floor as soon as I get a new phone. Do not buy this crap phone..
I've had 2 BV4900pro's. No complaints regarding specs and daily use. Camera acceptable for price. Waterproof and huge battery. My issue is that the latest android security update was October 2020, before the phone was released. Same on both phones. Not acceptable. Google play system update Nov 22 so no probs there, direct from Google ofc. I've searched in vain for info, and this appears to be the case for others too. A shame as I won't be buying blackview again. Just purchased a Pixel 6a with 5 years of updates. Sort it out.
I purchased a Tablet as advertised, when the payment went through they had charged more for it, multiple comms led nowhere, to top it off they sent me the incorrect charger in the box and refused to deal with both my concerns.
Never again will I purchase from them.

Calls , texts . Instant messages not received when sent to me . I would only get notified minutes and even hours later .
Frequent drop calls and internet service . Followed by internet restored messages
To me it just feels like a confused cell phone . I returned to my Samsung and everything works like normal . Yes the black view is a rugged good looking phone but its performance lacks tremendously.
I would not recommend to anyone . If your like me and want a dual SIM card phone ? Like I did to have my work number and personal number in one unit ? Choose any other phone but this one . Your customer relations will appreciative .
Blackview send phones that they know are corrupted. I contacted them and they asked for photos which I sent they asked me to send the device back which was going to cost over $170.00 I had already paid for the phone plus customs and duty. I had only had the phone just over a week when the phone kept shutting down for no reason and a message saying that the phone was corrupted. When I asked them to pay for return of the phone they said the phone wasn't insured. I contacted Visa and they contacted them also and Visa told me to send the phone back. I told them the amount for return and that Blackview wouldn't help to send the phone back. Nothing Visa could do unless I sent the phone back. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT buy a phone from BLACKVIEW. They are scamming you out of your money
I had two of Blackview phones broke from falling out of pocket around 90 cm fall. My last one lasted 2 months and eBay seller said no warranty because man made damage. BL8800 pro and BV9600 pro both of them broke screens they should be undamaged from that low height! And all phones I and my partner had have same issue with calling other people they don't hear good at all
Hi, Love the phones however when I done an upgrade it all went down hill from there, Virtually no control over the phone text, Wouldn't work, then wrote what it wanted, glad I did not send any text. I have now completely scrubbed the phone back to factory settings, so i am going to give it another go.
Have been pretty impressed with phone for the 4 months I've had it but as soon as it had to cope with heavy use the battery has become pretty useless. Have to charge it twice a day and the original charger cord is no good anymore. Definitely tough as I'm hard on phones being a Gardener it cops as bit but battery, nah pretty crap!
The service is very poor, they post a defect keyboard to me, they ask for photos, I send photos to them. Then on follow up. I won't buy from the black view official shop any more. No protection to consumers.

Call quality is rubbish everyone complains that they can hear themselves echoing whilst on a call unless on speakerphone but then the speaker is to quiet that you can’t hear what they’re saying?!?
Dual sim but cannot easily choose which sim to use for calls so uses the wrong sim sometimes to make a call!
Cannot send new text from the 2nd SIM card unless you’ve received a message before and are replying!
Cannot have separate ring tones for each SIM card… I have two business lines and usually have a seperate tone to alert me as to which line is ringing but with this phone I have to always look at the screen!
Doesn’t always charge fully? Stops at 75% unless you unplug & plug back in!
Camera quality is rubbish!
