I only knew it had been 'delivered' some 24h later, when I received an email. Buykud considers it delivered. Yodel considers it delivered. The end.
I had ordered from them before and was really happy but they took a payment for a coat two months ago that they didn't have in stock...I said I don't mind a delay...a month ago I tried for a refund and they assured me it was being dispatched that day...today I see it still hasn't been dispatched !!!
I ordered two pairs of shoes. They arrived today, very well packed, and I’m extremely happy with them. I’ve ordered from Buykud before and always been very pleased with both service and items. Delivery takes a while but I was made aware of this previously, and it’s not a problem.

I was hesitant about ordering from Buykud at first because I was afraid they would be like Shein or Temu. However the clothes looked so good I ordered anyway and for the most part I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my orders . However returning something to them is a different matter. Upon registering the return online you have to wait for them to "review" it, then wait for a response from them with an address of where to send it. The problem is they never respond. My first return I had to finally contact them because they were not getting back to me. They finally did and then had to pay for all shipping. I am attempting now to make another return and once again I find myself waiting for a response. However once I am done with this return I will also be done with Buykud! ******************************** Just updating this several days later...still no return resolution. But Buykud did contact me with an offer to accept an item of comparable value from their website at which I was pleasantly surprised. However when I decided to take them up on their offer and made a selection they never responded again. It seems like it's a big scam to suck you in to purchasing something that you can never return. They delay the return process until the return deadline passes then you're stuck with their merchandise. Please check out all other reviews on them before you order!
I’ve bought many pieces from Buykud and find them reliable. The higher end clothing is especially good. I teamed a white linen dress with a colourful shirt and received many compliments. Their basic shirts in cotton/linen are a bit thin but still very wearable for everyday. I’ve contacted them over problems and they are keen to please.
I have no quarrel with the clothes, they are beautifully made, but Customer Service appears to be non-existant - no reply to my two emails about a request to cancel a duplicate order made in error. To explain: On 28 September I was sent a reminder about items left in my basket. I thought I had gone back to check them out and pay for them but my bank account didn't appear to have any confirmation of this. Thinking I must have been mistaken, I went ahead and put the order through. I then saw on my bank statement a payment made to Buykud on 27 September and another on 28 September. There was no reply from Buykud to my request to cancel one of these orders, made in error. The first order arrived but no refund offered for the second one. Days later I wrote to request a refund. No reply. Today the second order arrived. I will not be returning these items because of the postal expense and the uncertainty that a refund will be forthcoming. Buykud offer beautiful, unusual clothes but are sadly let down by their 'Customer Service'. PS Buykud, thank you for responding to this. My first email was in reply to one of your reminders that I still had items left in my basket: I just hit reply. My second one was to 'service at buykud.com'. Bought sneakers, and despite ordering a size larger than I normally wear, they were too small. I have written countless emails requesting to return them and have had no response. Clearly their customer care and returns arrangement simply do not work. I am extremely disappointed and will never use this company again.

Ordered a pair of boots. They arrived on time. Quality seems good, but they’re NOT leather like it says on the website. It’s just an imitation made of rubber. Tho I’ll keep them cause I still luke them, and I don’t really mind they’re not real leather, I give them 2 starts cause any site that lies like that about their materials should be out there. Like I wouldn’t trust buying a “cotton” top or a T-shirt from their website cause I’d be scared their toxic materials go into my skin. Health is not a small thing to not have into account you know…

I purchased the multicolored retro crossbody bag. I didn't see a shipping tracking email show up quickey, so I contacted their customer service. They responded immediately with what I needed. I received the beautiful leather bag, and I could not be happier with the incredible quality and overall excellence. They get 5 stars for quality and quick customer service!
Disappointing. Not particularly good quality. I have bought several products and the buttons have fallen off so had to sew them back on. Very thin material which I don't think looks anywhere near the same online. Bought a 'jacket'. Material is so thin, would be impossible to wear in cold weather. Very long delivery time.
Steer clear. They use Evri! Without letting you know upfront! Once again Evri has lost my parcel. No chance of Evri seeing it again. BUYKUD helpfully suggested I contact Evri to see where my parcel is.... No parcel... No refund......Steer clear!!!
