I have bought several items from Buykud and am pleased with the quality of the clothing. However, they claim to have a return policy but this does not exist.
On three occasions they have sent a larger size than I have ordered. I emailed customer services on each occasion and they have offered me a part refund but no return address - saying I can keep the order. Bu they have not send the part refund.
This week they emailed to tell me they have sent the correct size…..and to my horror have taken payment WITHOUT my permission using my previous payment method. I am furious. I have emailed customer services but they have not replied.
I am SO disappointed with their dishonesty.
I've placed several orders with this company, for myself and my daughter, and have been very satisfied with the quality of their garments. I like the unique styling and attention to detail. Some things take a long time to time to be delivered but be patient as everything arrives eventually.
I was a little bit nervous about buying from here initially, as there are so many clothing scams around-however…. Hoorah! All my clothes were delivered on time ( opted for the hassle free delivery option) and they’re really good quality and exactly what I ordered. Only thing I would suggest is maybe select a larger size than you normally select…. (Or I could just be in denial). 😬
I have purchased 8 tops from Buykud over the past 21/2 years, Always looking for cotton, I find the quality of their clothing great.No substitutions, hust as advertised. Easy to determine the size I need and if I have any questions, their service reps at "service@buykud" are extremely helpful. Seriously---I had terrible luck before that with Soo Linen, Shapermint and others with quality and dishonesty. I recently had an issue with the sizing of a top from Buykud---their chart was wrong. Within 3 days they sent me out a replacement free. Love this company.
I want do delete my account ar Buykud but since there's no option in settings I've sent them an email with my request. I then received bot generated replies asking me why I want to have my account deleted. I asked two more times. The last time they claim my account info has been deleted. I checked and my account still exists! Very hard to get through to them and customer unfriendly!
Don’t buy of this company if you buy something and it’s too big trying to send it back is a ping pong of emails they take your money then ignore you they have a 39 day return policy which clearly only works one way take your money and ignore you the rest the emails keep bouncing back clearly don’t waste your money very unsatisfactory
The items I had already paid for turned out to be out of stock. The manager suggested several replacements that were also out of stock. It took us a week to find something that was actually in stock. overall there was a month-long delay in delivery, and I began thinking the shop was a scam. The clothes are okay but overpriced. My size is S/M, but my M skirt is huge even for an oversize look, I need to adjust it so it doesn’t fall off
There is no solution on the site for a return.
All other selling sites have a way to organize the return.
With BUYKUD, we are forced to a kind of ping pong of e-mails.
As there is a big difference in time between BE and CN, it takes days/weeks to have a correct answer. The customer service person didn't read properly the printscreen/snipshot that I had inserted in my mail; otherwise she/he would have find the order number and other info she needed. But no, again a mail to ask things that were already mentioned in my mail. Moreover, it was about your system : ordernumbers and address....Loss of some days again....
Buykud was once a cryptocurrency website and has mutated. This should be enough to make everyone run for the hills, but they're now marketing clothes from China so who'd make that connection?
I bought something, there's no acknowledgement of purchase, no response to emails and, when I tried to make contact via instagram, they filtered my comment out. Buyer beware!!!
Got two things from Buykud last month. Both Ramie fabric of which I’m a fan. The dress and top were both beautiful, fit as expected - medium - I’m a UK size 14. Unusual clothes that always get a positive comment. I’ve never returned anything so can’t comment on that. Will definitely be buying again for well designed clothing with the opportunity to get natural fabrics (not all is natural but label information is accurate).
I've had a few things from Buykud, all good. The last order was sent back by Evri, who are notoriously unreliable. They emailed to say my order was arriving on a day I was out, so I took the opportunity to get it delivered to my local post office. Evri sent it back to China, surprise, surprise! I made my order two months ago and Buykud say they will replace it but I'm still waiting...Otherwise they've been reliable.
I recently bought something online which offered a choice of delivery service. I think it would be good if everyone did it, Evri would soon go out of business.
The product was the worst quality I 've ever seen.
The assistance and response on the issues for the broken product was quick, honest and understanding.
